Good morning fasters! Well, it's late to be starting, but I had a bit of an insomnical night and slept in. I am on antibiotics so I had to eat something: one fresh fig with a smidgeon of goat's cheese. And black coffee. We are being inundated with produce at the moment so dinner is a zucchini frittata, using as many eggs and zucchini as I can get away with. May the Fast be with you. It's my fast #4 for 2015
@sallyo after a sleepless night myself last night, i feel for you! Who's stealing our sleep!?
This is spooky, you know we were talking about sewing..ive got an advert popping up for sewing classes!
Big Brother is watching!
Off to bed now, back tomorrow for a jolly good fast n repair! X
Morning @Sallyo, I'm in with my second fast for 2015. I'm fasting at 600 cals until the holidays are over, then it's back to 500 cal fasts. I figure it's better to come in at 100 cals more than not fast at all! Not sure if this will budge any fat, but it is getting me back into the 5:2 routine. I didn't even think about calories or fasting, didn't weigh myself either between Christmas Eve and the first week in January.

Happy, healthy, fat loss fasting everyone. :victory:
I'm in too. Definitely need to be good on my fasts with a combination of the festive season and sprained ankle leading to around 3kg weight gain over the last month. :( Must be very strict about TDDE counts as well as have no wiggle room as can't do usual 6 miles a day to burn any overeats. Hope to heal fast . Good luck all!
Put me down for a restless night last night too @Sallyo and @CandiceMarie. Mine was mainly due to restless legs that I think are due to menopause or getting older or generally falling apart :frown:
I have a mountain of eggplant Sallyo, but only one zucchini so far. The weather is causing my letttuces to bolt before they really do much else and the bean plants are growing like crazy but not many beans. So something eggplanty tonight I guess.
Happy Fasting everyone.
Late signing up due to work its now 11.30pm in London - tis quiet, hum - where is everyone? Very strange - I hope you are all ok. :clover: Come on out.
Hi @Lizbean there would still be a lot of people on summer holidays here so maybe thats why its so quiet. School goes back at the end of the month so we might see them back then.
Goodnight @lizbeanx
@wineoclock sorry your sleep was stolen
Restless legs.. Theyre horrid arent they, jumping all over the place! magnesium is supposed to help x
I'm not really fasting on a Thursday, just until breakfast which will mark the end of my Wednesday fast that really started on Tuesday :)

But - :clover: to you Thursday fasters :)
I'm in for my second fast of 2015! I was feeling awful after Christmas and New Year indulgences, but I've slipped back into the 5:2 and low carb way of life quite easily and am already feeling better for it.
Thinking of a mexican bean soup for dinner as it's bloomin miserable here in Melbourne (which is supposed to be in Summer!)
Have a great fast everyone.
How are we all? It's quarter past 5 in the afternoon and I'm doing well. I did have a plum and an apricot - fresh. A glass of kombucha. That seems to have staved off the hunger pangs. Now for a walk up the river. Roll on dinner.
I'm in third of the week although both, so far, have had a wee bit of indulgence after the poached eggs. No indulgence left , so I foresee a good fast today!
:clover: to fellow fasters nearly finished, not long started or about to start. Days are long across the world!
I am in. just having my afternoon miso soup now. I am eating out tonight, but at a yakitori place, so I think I'll be ok calorie wise.
@MaryAnne: I have Japanese miso soup and yakitori envy.
My day has gone well, kept to my goal cals. I was busy and that always helps. :)

@Sallyo, do you brew your own Kombucha? We do, my favourite is made with Rosehip tea, it's like Rose; light and ever so slightly effervescent. What's your favourite?
