Done the day. I've been too excited to be hungry. I nearly cracked and suggested we have a celebratory drink. But no, stuck it out. Mushroom, asparagus and pumpkin frittata. We have eggs and more eggs as the chooks come into lay. And we can't sell them because they all have numbers on them. They are collected for broodies to sit on to hatch out chickens. I'm off to Hobart tomorrow to meet Sophie and in the morning I'll make a big egg and bacon pie to take down as my contribution.Thank you everyone one for your congratulations. And go well, those who are still fasting today.
Oh yes, I'm fasting too but right now I'm so hungry I could ......not going there. No breakfast, no lunch, just a lot of water and a cup of tea. Oh, some minor apple parts after slicing up a couple of them for drying. This batch will along with ground cinnamon also have raw cocoa powder on them - hope it will taste great.
I am in today as well. For now, everything went great, it's 2:00PM and I am not hungry at all. However, I am really cold and it bugs me as I can't seem to find a way to warm up, even with hot beverages.

Good luck to all :clover:
I'm in checking in late ! Catering for a wedding Saturday, today is baking day, dozens of Brownies eeek haven't caved in but am needing a cup of stock to get me to supper ;)
I am in! So far coffee and a taste of watermelon when I was preparing lunchboxes for DDs. Then water and a chicken stir fry for dinner. Feeling good! :)
I am fasting for the first time today. My husband and I both started this journey today. I was hoping it would be easier! I woke up hungry!, which is rare for me. My habit is to go to the gym early in the morning before I eat so that part was easy. Now, waiting until lunch time to eat....not so easy!
Fasting today, just had a warming lunch of minestrone soup, planning chicken stir fry with lots of veggies later. Need to find something to keep me busy now.
I'm in today and hoping for great news tomorrow on the scale. Today was my lowest Thursday/fasting day starting weight so hopefully tomorrow will be brilliant. I'd really like to see a new low number. It seems I've been gaining/losing the same few pounds for far too long. I know the trend is still downwards, but it is still disheartening. Especially when your stomach is rumbling.
Fasting today too, but its 1pm and I'm hungry :-(. But after skipping last thursday, eating pretty sloppy all weekend, having a decent Sunday fast, and a weight check at a doctor's appt Monday was encouraged to not too see a gain.

So gonna push thru and get thru the day.
I have been fasting today too - for the first time I have been totally fasting, no eating, only lots of coffee, tea and water and a little bit of Cola Zero
Hello
I'm in today! So far so good, lots of tea and seltzer and a sparse salad for lunch. Lately I'm putting skim in my coffee, I was trying to go black for awhile but it was just too bitter. I'm counting a coffee with skim milk as 15 calories, I hope that's close to true! Good luck all!
