HI, I'm in. And just saying, my new red Sportscraft pants, size 14, fit beautifully! First time in size 14 in at least 10 years.
Hi Sallyo. Well done on the size 14 pants.! I find sportscraft 3/4 pants fit my pear shape really well.
I'm fasting, although I've got some cooking planned so that might make it a bit hard.
Happy fasting, I would like to but think it will be tomorrow as am out and about today and there might be temptation
Those 3/4 pants are what my new ones are: Capri pants. They are normal pants for me and I don't have to take them up. I have short legs, obviously.
I have short legs compared to my torso but the pants just scrape in as Capri for me. I always say that my legs aren't so much fat as too short for their size!!
Hiiiii Sallyo and how fab, size 14 cecks! You go girl!

At the moment its wednesday here and ive just done a 16:8 today with 1000 cals squeezed into the 8 hours
Tomorrow is my 3 month anniversary of fasting, repairing and healing,so i may allow myself a congratulatory day off and fast on Friday instead..see how the day pans out..
Good luck Sallyo and Sisters for a Sensational Day...(and for any boys too)
Think positive and keep the faith, hallelujah, praise the Lord! X
Ill be in in the morning too! :-)

Morning everyone, I'm in for today. Been having some serious bloating issues over the last 3 days, things aren't moving as they should etc, apologies for the TMI. Anyone got any tips?
Good luck everyone - let's do this!!! Here goes my self control!!
:)
I am so in today. Tried to fast yesterday but it was just too hard. Let's face it... I am a Thursday faster. However, I did manage to halve my calories yesterday and I walked 13km (8m) and the scales were 1.2kg friendlier today!! Now let's go fast!!
I'm in! I do have Pilates straight after work though, so I may have to eat something in the afternoon instead of holding out completely for dinner. We'll see how I go.
 so today is the end of my second fasting day. Monday was the first, I survived all day at work began to head home for my 400 calories and got a call that we were going out to celebrate the OH being offered a new job. Woop woop.
Out we went and out went the fasting!

I refused to berate myself over it as I still ate significantly less that I would have.

So today was another day. Went pretty well. Kimchi is my friend.

I am a little hungry, but feeling bloody chuffed!

Hope everyone else has had a great one.
Good day for me. I finished eating at 3pm so an extended repair overnight for me :like:
