I should liquid only fast today really as going out for dinner and drinks tomorrow night. But I just find it depressing with no food to look forward to in the evening.

Glad you're feeling good Denwoman :) Judio would you like me to get my Mrs Motivator out on you?! :D

Lil

YES! If it's there, I gotta have it  and I won't be able to stop thinking about it until I do!!!!! Having said that... this week, I've had nuts and dark choc in the house and for the first time EVER I've only been having little amounts and so it's all still there, I have no desire to binge on them :?: I hope I'm still saying that on the weekend!!

Anyway, I'm in today! I'm proper back on track since detoxing from sugar and cardboard!!

Have a good day everyone :clover:
I`m fasting today, and I`m really well prepared. Going to have mullerlight chocolate orange yogurt with 50g fresh blueberries, 120cal, then Waitrose LOVE life lasagne withe small side salad, no dressing 430 cal. Will sick to zero cal drinks and go as long as possible before starting to eat. Weighed myself this am, and feeling a bit constipated so will take 1 tbsp lactulose in H2O, which is what my GP reccomended when son was baby and had similar problem. Hope by tommorow am something will have shifted!
I'm in today too for my second fast. I switched to today instead of tomorrow so my sister and I can go and see "The hunger games"....I find it ironic I'm fasting to watch a film called the hunger games LOL!!
Well I've managed well today after my hungry night. I had a new fast day dinner tonight as I was cooking a prawn asparagus and fresh pineapple red curry for OH and son so I made an Asian prawn omelette for myself which was quite tasty yum

Good luck to those just starting. Have a good day
Well done SallyO on the size 14 - that must feel great!
I'm in today, I've also got cooking to do for this coming weekend, but I quite like that as it keeps me busy and reminds me that I can eat some tomorrow!
It's very grey and cold here today in UK and I'm not sure if that will make it harder to carry on...
Good luck fellow fasters!
Just read through todays posts on this thread. I also find that fast days are easier if you keep busy, do find I suffer more with aches, pains and general flu like symptoms, but find a lemsip in the am works wonders, together with very silly looking but effective slipper boots bought at ASDA. Would normally have a soak in a hot bath at this juncture, but man coming to fix the window in bathroom that has stopped closing at 8.30 so thats not a sensible plan. Then I have to go to dentist, so perhaps a better activity would be giving my teeth a good clean. I have reread this and would still like to post.
Why does computer say no again? What is wrong with what I have written?
Just noticed your comment Denwoman - You started this after me, and have lost more than double the weight that I have! Well done, do you have some advice please?
I'm in today. Feeling hungry and left the house this morning in a huff so my usual response would be to find some food to cheer myself up with but I don't want to do that today :-) I'm taking my son to see the hunger games later so I can imagine I'm in character....

I have factored in some Doritos as I'm one of those annoying people who rustle and crunch through the film but it is only a small bag so I can't irritate people for long. Lots of hot mashable veggies for dinner tonight to look forward to :-)

Have good days!
I'm in today. First day of my second week for me :)
:0) though my stomach is rumbling loudly after yesterday's bad evening of eating (granddaughter party).
Hoping to last to 4 before eating ...

I think you are giving me way too much credit Thelovelysqueaky. I started this WOL in March. I think you were looking at my Christmas club entry date which is after your start date. I have been going for 8 months now so hence the weight loss.
I did a weird kind of fast today. Had 2 small biscuits with a cuppa at 11am then nothing until my small steak and salad. Anyway at least 1/2 a fast and will fit in the other half tomorrow as out to DH golf club presentation / dinner

Oh fitted min the gym too

Happy fasting
Evening/Morning all, I'm in, good luck everyone.
I'm in today. My tummy is grumbling and the office smells of toast - torture! Will all be worth it when I can enjoy the christmas markets with my family on Saturday
Good day and good luck to all Thursday fellow fasters ! :clover:

Second liquid fast of the week. Since I began doing sports daily, I can't fast 2 days in a row so, I am trying to find the right days where I feel the most comfortable.
