Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Getting hungry here too, quite over fasting today. Only a couple of hours then it's veggie moussaka.
Yep, I'm in. Maybe if I commit to it here I'll stick to it better! The last two days have been over my TDEE both days and I have felt yucky so I am really actually looking forward to this one. See everyone on the other side.
Ooh just sampled the raspberry coconut water ice which came in around 70 cals. Would be a good for you in that heat @Debs it is cocobella brand coconut water + punnet of raspberries and just used MFP to calculate. Would be a good end of day treat but you would love it on hot days
I'm onto it! I shall get some coconut water when I go into Newman or port Hedland! thanks for sharing that !
Recent girls night out and discovered a fellow 5:2 faster and she makes recipe as ice blocks. If you don't have the moulds it freezes equally in small container
Morning! I'm in today - third of the week.
AND I managed 16:8 yesterday. I'm usually ravenous after a fast but had an early start and didn't eat until lunch time. Kind of over did it with sweet stuff though, but still. A new one for me.
Strguggled to motivate myself to HIIT with MadMax. Well, Beloved is back from working away and a wee snuggle (ahem) in the morning is sooooooo much nicer than rowing. And it burns calories..
BUT
MadMAx started whimpering with jealousy so I took pity and managed HIIT as well.
Got the feeling it's going to be a good day :D ;D
Good luck fellow fasters
I'm in again today too. Lots of motivation at the moment but hope I don't undo all the good work at the weekend!
Good morning! I'm in, but I'm SO COLD!
I am today too.
It is going to be a busy day today. Having the first coffee morning at my school today so hopefully will be a good one (will just need to make allowances for the milk in the tea)
Morning all, I'm in today after a shocking attempt at a fast yesterday. Trying to keep my motivation high as I'm struggling at the moment!

Have a good day!
I'm in today. On my way into the office, anticipating a busy day, so it should be straightforward

Good luck everyone
I'm in too. It is cold here in UK this morning but the sky is, well pinkish at the moment and I think it's going to be a nice day.
Keep going everyone, we all know that it will be worth it in the end!
I'm in today, and thinking of trying a run, my first since before Christmas.
Shame on you @janeg fancy cheating on Madmax like that
Hi, I'm in, I feel like I need it after leftover sandwiches at work for lunch for the past two days. Good luck to all!
I'm in today too but it will possibly have to turn into 16:8. @gillymary like the sound of the ice blocks. Would I know them as ice cubes? I think I have some lolly moulds somewhere, they would work.

Good luck all
