I'm in today as well… still trying for below 200lbs this week. Wish me :clover: same to you.
Successful fast day now over. I managed 22 hours on just water, herb tea and black coffee (just one mug). Have broken fast with some fruit and soup. Now looking forward to 3 days of eating normally :)

Yippee! Made it until dinner w/ just water & black coffee. Had a 480 calorie dinner @ Olive Garden & proud to have skipped bread, potatoes & the pasta in the soup. Wouldn't have been able To do that 3 months ago. Their new rosemary roasted garlic chicken is quite tasty. This WoE is so doable.
Well done to everyone, especially the newbies. Very pleased with myself re sticking to 400 cals yesterday (as it is now). As Bssh said, I am also looking forward to 3 days of eating, but will try to be very mindful and try to keep within my TDEE.
