Had no breakfast this morning as really wasn't hungry so didn't bother. Starting to feel the rumbling now but I am sure that I can hold off until dinner, although I do have an apple and clementine in my drawer for later this afternoon when it starts getting a bit harder.
Planned dinner is grilled chicken breast with vegetables.
I am feeling good that my body seems to be adjusting to this fairly quickly, but I am a bit sad as I do love my food and don't want to get to a point where I don't want to eat on eating days! I also refuse to say no to chocolate or a bit of cake on eating days but I am learning that limiting this is a good thing!
Not sure what is for dinner tonight?
My weekly weigh in and measure up tomorrow. I don't feel too confident this time round? I think I have over indulged on my feed days!
We are having curry for dinner tonight, and I've just made myself a pot of vegetable curry with lentils and quorn mince. I planned it on MFP and assumed it would make 2 servings but it looks more like 3 servings which will make my 300 cal dinner a 200 cal one!
It could be worse though: I was at a training day today and the typical 'lunch' was wheeled in - white bread sarnies with cheddar and coleslaw, crisps, wrapped cake... I got out my salad and genuinely enjoyed not having to eat all the refined carbs on offer. No-one commented thankfully but someone who was tucking into it said she was on a meal replacement diet, but it would have been 'too much hassle today' ... it made me very grateful not to be doing any more diets!
Good luck to all fasters today and to anyone weighing in tomorrow ...
Weigh in day tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
