Knackered from a day at the zoo with two grandsons yesterday ... Must. Get. Up.
Fasting and drinking water today too zzzzzzzzzzzzz
I'm in today too along with my other half. I'm counting down the hours until my thai green curry tonight and drinking water until then. Good luck fellow fasters!
I'm in today. Hope today is better than Tuesday - I had no energy at the end of the day and felt rotten. It showed in yesterday's weigh-in - up 400g. At least I don't have to eat with husband and kids tonight so I can grab something as soon as I get home, which will make me much more placid and calm.
I'm in today too. Sneaky look at the scales showed a bit off this morning so fingers crossed!
I've switched to complete liquid only fasts on my fast days. It's working great for me. If I don't eat at all, my hunger waves are less frequent and less intense. Once I eat anything, I'm STARVING. Today is my day. Last ate at 6pm last night & won't eat again until sometime tomorrow morning.

Good luck to all!
We are in with all of you ! Actually look forward to our fasting days :) This is our new way of life and feeling great !! Lets do this :) :) 2 year old grandson coming over to play today
I'm in today. Wont be trying a liquid fast as I cant seem to mentally cope with the lack of food. I'm hoping today goes to plan and that I dont overeat come dinner time. Dont like what the scales said this morning, but I guess its normal. Good luck to all of today's fasters. :like:
Unplanned fast day

Shall I hold fast?

I only had an apple and a couple of large mugs of coffee with milk so far and it is 13.30 so maybe I could keep going and make it a fast day although I hadn't planned to do it today. So is it
carpe diem
or shall I relapse - after all I am half way through the day now so I ought to be sensible and carry on!!!! Support please xx
Just waking up here in the USA, today is FAST day for me too. This is my fast #5 and still enjoying it.

I was actually looking foward to waking up today, and not really having to think about food, or planning, or whats for dinner. My husband knows, now, that on Fast Days, he can fend for himself.

I think I will change things up a bit today, and for my main meal, instead of salad, I will do up a bit of a Stir Fry, thinking some onion, zucchini, french style green beans, red and yellow peppers, a bit of tomato paste, in a bit of olive oil, then maybe a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Then maybe toss with some tuna or chicken.

Have a good fast everyone!

I've never not eaten without planning to. But yes you might as well keep going if you feel ok. Then you can eat tomorrow.
Yup, I'm back in again after too many days recently of trying and failing.

I'm struggling a bit - can someone give me a kick in the pants please? I'm such an emotional eater (why I'm overweight) and I've not fasted since last Friday.

Keep going. You can enjoy yourself tomorrow.
Hi, I'm in today. I don't normally exercise on down days, but contemplating a quick run after work tonight to see how it goes. Have stuck to my normal coffee/skimmed milk routine so far.

Good luck to everyone fasting today.
I found this morning a little harder that usual as I was naughty in the pub last night. Part of my weight loss plan was to totally cut out mid-week alcohol. Skipped breakfast and had a bigger than usual fast-day lunch but I'm feeling better this afternoon.
