I'm in today, usually do a Wednesday but this week a Thursday.

It's almost dinner time here so I've got that cooking :smile:
I have stuck to fluids so far. I am going to have stir fry with prawns later and sugar free jelly. It's my first fast since breaking up for the hols and am finding it ok. Have been and done the food shop,and watched. OH eat sausages and mash followed by yoghurt and a biscuit. Oh we'll he's working this evening and I am not so it all balances out. Hope everyone else is doing well.
I'm in today :) fasted on Tuesday too.

Been to the gym and going for aqua class tonight :) hoping all his effort is worth it!! Not seen any changes on the scales, maybe I'm making muscle :/. Just trying to decide what to have for dinner.

That's very good of you - I haven't been brave enough to combine exercise with fasting but going to try a run tonight as it's not quite as hot.
This is my 5th fast day and the first time that I've struggled slightly with a headache and tiredness. I wasn't going to eat until dinner but I've just had to eat some melon and a bit of parma ham to keep me going. The only thing I've done differently today is that I didn't start the day with an extra strong coffee for breakfast. I'll stick to the morning coffee from now on, it seems to stave off the hunger pangs better.
This is my 5th fast day too. No headaches for me. Just by about now, with an hour left to my day, it starts to wear on me just a bit. But known I go to sleep, then wake to a normal food day, gets me to that finish line.

How funny... this is my 6th fast day. It's been getting easier, I didn't feel hungry at all until about 2 or 3pm, but now after working out and walking around the store, I'm sooo tired. I also felt pretty lethargic and slow walking around.

Think I'm gonna try eating less on non-fasting days. Lately I've been going a little overboard with potato chips and sweets... lolol
