I'm in today too, not sure what the day holds but either salad or Quorn bolognaise with Slim Pasta for dinner. It's raining here again today so not an outdoors day.
Good luck
Getting towards the end for me thank goodness, and looking forward to my yoghurt, berries and chia!
I could have sworn I smelt chips and vinegar when I walked into the office earlier. Can you have nasal mirages???!!
I'm in and so is Mr LJ, fizzy water and ready meals for us today - Good Luck All :clover:
Oh wow, couldn't quite make my usual liquid fast today - was SO hungry all arvo. So just had dinner, haven't calorie counted but think it'll be about 500cal and figure that after virtually no dinner last night, that'll balance out :D
Hi, I'm in, sticking to liquids (sparkling water, coffee with skimmed milk) during the day, and then some soup and veg tonight.

Good luck everyone!
I'm in. As I have no car today, I'm stuck indoors, though I'll walk round to the village shop later! I also have my supermarket delivery to look forward to.
I will be making Piccalilli this morning, with some Chilli jam this afternoon, so the day should, in theory, fly by!
I haven't done a proper fast for a while (still happily maintaining at 146/147lbs) so I may find it quite hard!
I'm in too. At home today, with lots to do so hope time passes quickly!
In today as well, second fast this week after celebrating himself's birthday for a week...
Done and dusted!
Good luck to all still going
I'm fasting today as well - first day! Planned a cuppa soup for lunch (hope to leave it as long as possible) and then a nice big chicken salad for tea later. Ate SO MUCH last night so actually looking forward to cleansing myself. Good luck everyone :clover:
6th fast day today for me.

Started with Greek yoghurt small amount of oats and blueberries with a small squeeze of honey.

Hoping that will keep me going until homemade shepherds pie with cauliflower couscous later.

I have dropped a meal (lunch) for the first time today - usually have 3 small meals on fast days but trying two and maybe just 1 next week.

I am a breakfast girly and have never skipped it before.

I will also have loads of herbal teas and water all day to keep me going and maybe an oxo mid afternoon.
I'm in as well today. Have a busy day at home. Quorn spag bol later.
Trying to decide whether to join you or not. Haven't had a successful fast day for two weeks. This week. I tried but stopped at lunch time on Monday. It is half term and also my Dad and his girlfriend are staying with us. I could feel myself getting grumpy and irritable so just ditched it.

I find fasting reasonably ok when I spend most of the day on my own, which I can often do as am a housewife.

Just not sure I have got the resolve today.
Hello Folks, I'm in as well, although after a meal out last night my stomach is growling!
Off to get a large mug of coffee now, and must keep busy to avoid snacking!
Good luck fellow Thursday fasters.
Hi all
I'm in too, although I've just about finished now, going to bed early.
Having issues with my left rotator cuff muscles and very sore.
Got through today okay and very pleased to do that.
