I'm in! just starting the day
I am so late coming to this today! I am fasting today and I think my body has finally got it as I am finding it a lot easier today than it has been for the last few weeks. Just a bit bored at work at the moment so whiling away the last 45 mins of my working week so I can go home.

Won't be a good day tomorrow as it's my little boy's birthday so we are out during the day as a treat - am not going to have cake though!
I have made courgette spaghetti to go with my quorn later.
:clover: I am 'in' for my usual Thursday. Good luck folks. :clover:
Fasting today! Since after gaining a lb last week I no longer have oatmeal (steel cut oats) for breakfast. Instead, I've switched to 3 scrambled eggs (no milk). Finding that eggs make me feel hungrier after eating them than if I didn't eat them at all. Anyone have lo-carb breakfast ideas that keep you full? Can't do yogurt :(
I'm fasting today too. I'm really thirsty today. Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I'm down another pound. Good luck to everyone! Have a great day/night!
Hello @eloelo3
You can make scrambled eggs with one yolk and 3 eggwhites to save some cals.
I've had a good Fast day, they seem to be easier at the moment. Quorn Bolognaise with Slim Fettucini and a side salad, enough calories left for a Muller light, some low cal Hot Choc.
I'm really hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow, as I have been trying very hard and doing loads of walking, and some running. Fingers crossed
Just finished the day ..about to eat! :like:
Hope you all had( having ) a good fast n repair day x
Hello Im a newbie

This is my second week of fasting, I was so disappointed to see I had gained half a pound this week. I know it doesnt sound much but I have been so good.

Clare
Know how you feel Clare - but do remember there are a number of reasons why we gain weight - time of the month, increased muscle mass, time of day and so on.

Hope you have measured every part of you that it is possible to measure?! I have read many times on this forum that scales might not reflect the true picture - whereas a decrease in measurements will. Also, how do trousers feel, fit-wise? That is a great indication of progress, whatever those awful scales say!!

Try not to place too much emphasis on the old scales. What they say should not really influence you...if you have committed yourself to this new way of eating (WOE) - oooh, have just noticed the unfortunate acronym, tee hee! Slowly slowly catchy monkey...& all that.....

Also keep an eye on your calorie intake on both fast & non-fast days to ensure you are not under calculating or anything - as this could affect the scales.

There really are no quick fixes, but this just could be the best way to lose weight, whilst enjoying your life & your food, as you do it. Win/Win in other words......

Best of luck!
