I'm fasting but I think it's going to be a loooooong day. Out to dinner last night and shared a bottle of wine with a friend. We polished that off and next thing we know her husband had bought us another bottle. It would have been rude not to drink it too, but now I wish I had been rude :frown:
Oh well lots of coffee for me today
I agree-fasting with a hangover is not good.
I'll be in in the morning.
Ah wino, living up to your name!!!!! I'm fasting and spending the day driving around in te bush, so I shall be downing heaps of water to keep my mind off things!!
Good luck all.
Yep, I'm in!

Quite a busy day ahead, just like Monday, which went fine, so should be OK.

Hope it goes well for everyone....xxx

Yes, I'm in. Hum, I have a silly busy day at work tomorrow, little time to think let alone eat, till I get home. Bed, now!

Happy fasting to all.

Count me in for tomorrow (Thursday)

Hope everyone's fast goes smoothly :-)
I'm in and going well so far
Im in and going well. I didn't eat much dinner last night (only realised this morning) but it doesn't seem to have made me hungrier today.
Ouch, fasting after drinking the night before hurts! I find any more than one drink is all it takes to make me feel a bit seedy if I'm fasting and not eating breakfast (think it's combo of drinking less in general, plus fitter, plus less body weight overall).
Oh, wino, hope you're feeling a bit better. I had one small glass last night and feel a bit groggy, so respect !
I think I'm fasting today. I'll start the day as a fast, but htere seems to be plans for tomight involving Beloved's brother, so I may end up having a lit day instead. Nothing until tonight bar fluids.
Hpe everyone else has a good one
:clover:
Thanks Janeg, feeling much better now. I had a short nanna nap this afternoon and that has helped a lot, only problem is when I woke up my stomach thought it was tomorrow and wondered where breakfast was. Not long now and I can eat my huge veggie and tofu stir fry.
Hope everyone is doing ok today and careful with those bar fluids Janeg
I'm in too. Best wishes for everyone.
I'll be in in the morning.Have a nice fast, everybody!
I'm in in the morning. Giant salad w/lots of raw veggies & some chicken tomorrow night. Probably some sort of soup as well as we're stuck in yet another polar vortex! Hoping all this shivering is burning off a few extra calories ;)
Also fast day for me today.
Went out last night, great show and food and drink, oh boy.
I'm in today boys and girls! I've reevaluated my Easter target after my gain over half term and looking forward to meeting my new, more realistic target of 145lbs!

Starving though...brews up when I get into work
