Hungry, hungry, hungry night shift fast. Roll on 7 o'clock my bed is calling.

Oh so hungry, think I'm going to have to do an oxo cube to get me through. HUNGRY!
I'm hungry too. It's 15:30. Hang in till dinner.
Why do I pick a fast day to go to the hairdresser. All we talk about is food, now I'm hungry too!!!
I'm in today and kind of feel I need it. Had a wee chocolate splurge yesterday, and it wasn't even good stuff! Also had a lovely pizza for lunch and then went out for Indian for dinner. Couldn't eat the half of it. In the fridge for tomorrow. So, third of three for me.
Need to think about the next fortnight as eldest daughter is visiting, youngest is home too and we will be on the indulge and bulge tour!
Have aged fast everyone, it's nearly over for aus, no and tas! Lucky you.
Moved onto my afternoon carrot... Wow does this fasting make you appreciate the small things in life. This carrot could be a galaxy caramel in my mind right now!
I've been a reluctant faster today but now that it's only one hour till dinner time I will succeed. It hasn't been an easy one. I had a boiled egg, five almonds and 10 blueberries for lunch, not long after followed by a cup of stock. I did a workout at the gym this morning so perhaps was extra hungry.
I'm in today. Good luck everybody.
Morning All, I'm in for my first fast as a 50 year old!
After a day of delishousness yesterday, I will try to be good today.
Hopefully it will set me up as our middle son is returning from Uni at the weekend for a belated celebration (involving more lovely food) and I don't want to undo too much of the hard work... (you know what I mean)
Good luck fellow fasters!
I'm in today too. Am already finding it difficult today as woke up feeling hungry. I've had some water so hope it will be better soon. As a SAHM it's difficult. I was going to walk into town today but the weather has other ideas and as I got soaked yesterday I can feel my chest is wheezy today as it is. Am going to have to find jobs to do today.
I'm in. Monday and Thursday for me. Two cups of tea so far. Planning to fast all day then have my 500 calories this evening. I've started doing this instead of spreading it out, and am finding it works best for me. I can function pretty well, although I am struggling on fast days to take all the medication and supplements I usually take... Will search forums or post separately for advice on this.
I'm in too, teas, coffees and other hot drinks till my Quorn Curry and Slim Rice tonight. Oh how I wish it would stop raining!
It isn't raining here today! First time for ages.
In today for me too - nothing till dinner this evening..find that works best for me just black coffe & sparkling water - happy fasting everyone
Halloooooooo me tooooooo 21 hour fast from 8pm last night is my aim, so roll on 5pm!
