I'm here, any lovely forum members joining me today?
I'm here! Good luck any other Thursday fasters!
Heyy, I'll be in tomorrow!
I'm doing a play and going for a well earned drink afterwards, so a bit worried about that: will include it in my calories, but perhaps I should eat some of my calories beforehand rather than waiting til dinner and eating on a v empty stomach?? xx
I am in as well - have a busy day at work, so hopefully an easy fast today.
Just off to bed so no food now until tomorrow evening...hoorah!

Good luck fellow fasters...have a lovely day while I'm in the land of nod :-)

Bean
Good morning Wineoclock and everyone. I'm fasting today. Shouldn't be too hard as I am out most of the day. Fasting at home is so much more difficult. At this very moment I am kicking back in CentreLink. My OH is on an invalid pension and I have an extra part time job so changed income which I have to tell them about. Tried to phone or do it on- line but too many hoops to jump through. I ended up having to spend the morning here. Fun. Still, be Glad I live in a place where we can get an invalid pension. Then this afternoon I am going with OH to a medical appointment which should take up the afternoon. Not many opportunities to break my fast if you see what I mean and lots of sitting around in waiting rooms typing long notes on the forum.
I'm in today, although finding it bizarrely challenging this morning. I think it's because I'm tired.

I did bring a salad into work, which I might cave and eat for a late lunch if I can hold out.
I'll be joining you tomorrow. And then weigh in for the Valentine Challenge on Friday!
Yep kelkelkelster, fasting will do that to you :dazed:
I can actually say I'm in today-though I've yet to sleep!
I'm in too on this lovely summer's day for my second fast of the week, looking forward to my first coffee of the day which I deliberately have around lunchtime to give me something to look forward to. Dinner is going to be my fast day favourite: lasagne. Really makes it worth it to forgo eating all day!

Good luck everyone; remember it's only one day!
me - have a big pot of chicken and veg soup for later - must keep drinking not alcohol though lol
I'm in! I too have yet to sleep. I have only half planned for my fast. I think breakfast will be a banana on brown bread. Maybe I'll toast the bread. Mmmm. Dinner, no clue.
Fast day for me too!. I work from home so it makes it so much easier to go to kitchen and snack but so far i have managed to stay on track as i am so determined and to be honest haven't found too difficult. lunch will be about 2pm boiled egg and 1 slice of wholemeal toast and dinner a grilled chicken breast and salad. good luck all
