Reporting in late today - it's actually early morning here in Aus. Had one if those completely crazy days, working up to catching the 5.30 plane to Sydney. Not a second to spare! Also had a 500 m jog to the airport in 35 degrees from the long term carpark - because I was a little pressed for time, but mostly because I COULD - I reckon HIIT is making my body feel it can break into a jog whenever needed - and I am so NOT a jogger. Found it hard to drink enough, and I wanted to eat in the plane due to boredom, but managed just to "tuck into" mm's fast exercise book instead - my sister left me a scrummy dinner of chicken, ratatouille with haloumi and pesto, and beans , bless her! Also happy I managed to not "reward" myself for a stressful day with food - mindfulness definitely increasing!
I think I have had just under 500 calories for my dinner. I chucked some roasting veg from the freezer in a roasting tray, chucked in some sprouts and three slices of bacon chopped up. There were parsnips and one tiny potato in the veg mix but most of those, er, stuck to the tray cos I didn't add any oil. I calculated it at 500 before losing much of the potato, so hoping I've got a few calories wiggle room for a low cal hot chocolate later!
I've had quite an easy fast today, a portion of low cal vegetable soup from the freezer at lunchtime and a Quorn curry and Slim Rice for dinner, followed by some Strawberries and Activa. Even with my bedtime hot choc I should come in at 425 cals for the day. Fingers crossed for tomorrow's weigh in
I'm in today. Veg soup for lunch, probably egg whites for dinner. I was SO disappointed Tuesday. I made sure not to overindulge over the weekend, and had a good fast Monday. I was so sure I was finally going to breakthrough this weight! No such luck! I feel large so I'm not as hopeful for tomorrow.

Eggplant (aubergine to us Brits) lasagne sounds a dream

It turned out great. Here's a link to the recipe. I tend to doctor it up a bit with ground beef or more veggies, it's always good though!

Made it through - nice chicken with salad and low fat poppyseed dressing for supper. Delicious! And no trouble sticking with it. Now to bed. We'll see what the scales tell me tomorrow morning. I have a feeling the chocolate bar I had on Tues - plus a glass of wine might slow me down a bit this week . . . oh well. This is a WOL - right? :)
