Oh my word! Well done @Juliana that is truly marvellous. You must be so chuffed!

Bean :starving:

Well, I've eaten now and am looking forward to bed...and then food
Fasting today and was reading the posts and had to laugh at Julianna's about her preschoolers cutting their own hair. When my daughter, an incredibly hardworking and responsible law student, was 3 yrs. old at preschool, she cut her bangs to about 1/2 inch long the night before they were taking professional photographers. That picture is still one of our favorites! Thanks for bringing back that memory, Julianna.

I've had 6 almonds, hot tea, coffee, seltzer water, 100 calories of peanuts, more coffee, 1/2 an eggplant with about 1/2c. arrabiata sauce, more coffee.... Thank goodness I had to walk to bowling and home. I was far from the kitchen and got in 10,797 steps! I think I'll be doing a huge bowl of veggie+chicken soup tonight. I aim for-- 500 cals, but often end up at 600. Whatever it takes--it's all good!

Oh! And there's zumba tonight. I wonder how many steps I can get in there. :?:  A friend told me that a great name for a dog would be Five Miles because you could always say, "Yeah! I walked Five Miles today.!"
@nursebean is it still raining in Crondall? You look drenched. I'm sending some spring your way  Glad to hear you are on a roll :clover: @Julianna CONGRATULATIONS, I hope you are dancing to your favourite music :geek:

buddy@spanner and all Thursday fasters I hope you had a good day. I'm off up north to visit my parents and back Sunday eve to sign up to Monday's fast thread.

@Julianna Many congratulations!!! How exciting to hit a milestone like that!! Yay you!! :like: :like: :like: :victory:
Fabulous news, Julianna! So well done! I also wanted to say that having a small latte at 4pm worked a treat foe me and I managed to stay out of trouble while I cooked dinner last night. Successful fast accomplished.
Thanks for sharing my joy everyone! You're the best! It took a frustratingly slow 2 weeks to lose 0.3 kg then I realized I lost 1 cm off my waist which means things are happening which is really more important than weight ( just 4 cm till I get to my 50% of my height goal) then I remembered my lovely doc said its an amazing thing to keep a big loss off so don't worry if I plateau so I realized I can't expect a pound a week loss anymore but that's OK!
