Proof that my brain is mush from the cold!! Have posted twice!!!
Doh!!
I'm fasting today too, 7th fast and have changed to just eating an eve meal. Like so many others as soon as I eat I nearly chocolate ewe my own arm off for the rest of the day!

Happy fasting everyone. X
Lol clearly I have chocolate on the brain, it's meant to say chew my own arm off!
Yup, I have been fasting today. Only one hour and twenty minutes until dinner time. Beef stir fry with green vegetables and a bit of hoisin sauce.
Today's my first fast in nearly a month because of exams and holiday...and judging by the tightness of my clothes I've put on nearly, if not all, of the weight I lost :( just hoping it'll come back off quickly!
Just start again Faye, you'll be back on track before you know it.

Hello everyone :) I'm in today, and my holiday gain is diminishing slowly. I still refuse to put it on my tracker until my official weigh at the end of the week!
Wishing all a good fast, and wishing those suffering from colds a speedy recovery x
I'm in. Not full of enthusiasm as insomnia struck last night, but it often does!
I'm on my 4th fast today and I'm really struggling this morning! It's only 9:40 (ish) and I'm not moving from my desk at work for fear that I might give in and eat before my dinner tonight. Although weighing myself this morning after the bank holiday was a bit of a shock so I'm using that as motivation! I am determined not to give in!!
Count me in.
I am fasting and cleaning the house which is a very bad combination but, sadly, I had no other day that I could stay put.
Good luck to all fasters, roll on lunch in 2 hours! :-)

Hi, I'm in today.
I've had 5 normal days since the last fast day, which is the biggest gap I've ever had, but have been away over the bank holiday.
Let's just say it was a good weekend, and so I need to get back into the routine!

Mariajes: most of us have found it does get easier, so stick with it! What are you drinking? I used to find that tea would make me hungry and water didn't. :clover:
Feasting today fasting tomorrow but after a very stressful late afternoon I really want a glass of wine :(
I'm trying not to drink through the week but I really, really feel like a glass.
Do I or don't I buy a bottle?

Fasting today again and not in the mood. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and just want to comfort eat. Well I won't but it's going to be a tough day.

Good luck everyone :clover:

OH, Les is in as well but he's already away in his lorry since 6.30am.
Fasting today too.
Usually I do Mon/Wed but this week I'm starting a day late. I might only be able to do one full fast day this week as I've several engagements on but I'm going to keep the non-fast days as low calorie as I can manage.
Lots of tea today and a lovely Mediterranean veg stew for dinner.
Hi All,
First ever day fasting today :)
Decided to have 11 cals for breakfast, 150 for lunch and 250 for dinner. I'm 2 apples and 2 teas down.

Fingers crossed this works!!
