Who's fasting today?
It's a lovely day in Melbourne, Australia. We're expecting 20 deg C. I've been for my walk and done a bit of gardening. Today is the day my green recycling bin goes out and I wanted to make it worthwhile.
Im ready for it. Ate last night at 11pm and only having coffee and almond milk till 6pm tonight. Vietnamese beef noodle soup is on the menu.
Good luck ladies! I fasted yesterday and am fasting again tomorrow so eating normally today but here for support!
Lil
I'm in. So far 2 cups of coffee with a dash of milk this morning, 1 big bowl of vegetable soup, mostly celery and carrot for lunch. Not hungry at all. Made up some sugarless jelly, and might have a cup of black tea soon. About 100 grams of chicken and a heap of veg planned for tonight, and a hard boiled egg if I get hungry before then.

We overdid the wine on the weekend, so I feel as if I need to detox. Haven't lost any weight in a while, so need to review my feeding days.
Ooof, is it only Tuesday? Yep, I'm in today, 2nd of 3 for this week. Closer to the reckoning ( seeing if 4:3 is more successful).
Melbourne sounds lovely today, I would love to revisit.
And have a garden
And it not to be like a furnace...
Think I'm maybe needing the wet fish treatment! Either that or for Beloved to return from Moscow...

Will need more than the wet fish;
just been on the Skype to Beloved and someone looked over his shoulder at the screen and asked if I was his mother    :frown:
Ever got the feeling the day isn't going to go well...?
Morning all!

am in today as well, Janeg, i hate those webcams thingies when everyone looks so damn weird!! i refuse to get one, i dont mind chatting lol but am staying out of the picture :-)so dont worry, they probably need glasses anyway!!!
happy fasting!
3rd week on this WOE for me.Fasting today instead of yesterday as it was the Bank Holiday and our wedding anniversary. I've horrendously over-indulged in food and alcohol over the last 4 days so it feels good to get back on it today.I know i've probably undone all the good of the last 2 weeks but i'm not getting on the scales until my usual Friday weigh-in.

Good luck today everyone :clover:
Tracy, Happy Anniversary and I hope you enjoyed the long weekend. Who knows, you may have surprised yourself and haven't done as much 'damage' as you thought.
Put it behind you now and keep on keeping on.
Good luck :)

Fasting today too!

Started back on the Fast Diet last week after a long break then life overtook things. Disappointed so far. Lost the water weight but nothing else. Well, that's not entirely true. I lost a bit on each of the fast days but gained it back on the non-fast days, despite sticking to 1,500 calories on those days.

:curse:
I'm in today - doing back to back with yesterday, because of the way this week looks. And have got horrid sore throat, so not anticipating an easy one.
You're brave Minumonline, I don't think I could do that! Good on you though and good luck.
Lil
Same here Tracy22! Congratulations to you!
It was our wedding anniversary too and we had a weekend fest with family and close friends for more than the three days of bank holiday. Wonderful weather, people, fun, and too much wonderful food and wine galore. Fasting today as usual!
Just gave in to it all which was very nice at the time but horrible this morning.... "Fell of my bike" but "getting back on and carrying on" is absolutely vital. We did weigh in, and faced the horrible results. It's great to know that one can easily get back on track and I hope the weight gain comes off as quickly as it went on. Really disappointed but what else should I expect? At least I have learnt that I do not stay the same weight like some others seem to in these situations!

Have a great day everyone fasting today! :clover:
I'm in today too although the day is nearly over here. My second week back after a 2 week holiday where I didn't do IF at all. I put on just over 2 kgs on the trip but had lost most of that last week so onwards and downwards this week I'm hoping!
All the best everyone, been a fab sunny day here but a wintery blast due tomorrow night. Yuck!
Hello fellow fasters!
I am in for today but feel absolutely terrible with a nasty cold :frown: - my first for about 8 months.
Have had 5 days since last fast and eaten far too many crisps and everything. It's the start of my two weeks off work and very worried about putting weight back on during this time. Have a big wedding to go to on Saturday and besides fitting into a dress I am also now concerned about having a bright red Rudolph nose and no voice!!
In a real dilemma about eating to help my immune system or fasting to help my waistline. Maybe the feeding a cold is an old wives tale?!
It's going to be a long day!
