We have some home-made 90 calorie soup for dinner already made for tonight, will perhaps top this up with raw veg, then have an early night!

I was going to ask if it was really bad to fast 2 consecutive days - I did yesterday then just haven't been very hungry today so thought I could do another - wasn't sure if I had seen something about not doing 2 days on the run though ?? I'm contemplating 4:3 to try and speed things up a bit - any advice?
Still, well under the 600 cal mark, so I guess I have done ok.
Two days 'normal' eating now, but will be very moderate, then a fast again Friday.
The fun part of fasting, so far, has been taking the edge off hunger with a cuppa!
I'v also stopped all alcohol for January, and possibly beyond, and I'm sure that'll help too.

Thanks!! It's fascinating the psychology of losing and marinating weight! but you're so right and that what I'm planning to do, once I reach my new target I will modify to fasting once a week to see how i get along in maintenance
