So rather than having two small meals during the day or having one big meal at dinner, I have my calories around lunchtime/early afternoon and may be leave 30 for a cup of miso
I find that the lunchtime meal fills me up and keep me full for the rest of the day, topped up with herbal teas. I had a mostly green veggie juice (kale, carrots, half an apple, lemon, ginger) followed by two poached eggs and then broccoli dipped in hummus. A strange combination I know but I had a craving for broccoli dipped into hummus so I went for it
... no hunger pangs to speak of for the rest of the day. yay
