HI, I'm a Monday faster, doing a Tuesday fast. Anyone else? I have a very busy day!!! Driving up to Launceston to take my sister to the plane to Sydney. Then meeting with the mobile Members Equity bank person. I am unhappy with my Credit Union which has started charging fees for accounts with less than $2,000. All my accounts have less than that and I don't see why poor people should be penalised further by having to pay for the privilege of keeping their money in the bank. I feel like putting it in jars under my bed. I like to have various accounts, one for bills, one to save up for fire wood. etc. This is all off the point. I am fasting today.
Sallyo I agree these banks grew on the backs of poor people and as such should extend some courtesy. How about all us poor folk go back to a cash way of life and see how quick they'll want our money again. I should have fasted today but its Tuesday for me as well. Bank of America is charging me 15usd a month for a checking account unless I get one of their credit cards. F nerve I say.
Yup, same thing here. The less you make the more fees and such you get charged. It's ridiculous!

I'm also normally a Monday faster, but will be fasting on Tues. (still Mon. here!)

I went to the grocery store and am all stocked up. I'm trying a new recipe for breakfast and I'm going to try 1/2 a grapefruit after dinner as sort of a "dessert."
Thing that bugs me the most about banks is that they grab your money essentially stealing it from you and invest it overnight to make themselves money and you have to pay them! If I did that I would be in jail.
Hi Sallyo i hope you enjoyed that Monday treat which meant deferring yr fast til Tuesday
( wont go into details in case it disturbs any faster)
Sorry to hear about yr Cred Union..the one place you should be able to trust with yr money! Lot to be said for stashing under the bed
Happy fasting, repairing and healing all you Tremendous Tuesdayers!
Ive got monday behind me..i love the feeling waking the next day,not hungry and looking trimmer and with a rested digestive system! X
 Yes I'm in for a Tuesday fast done Monday so its back2back fasts to repair some damage and hopefully kickstart my weightloss.
I'm in for a Tuesday fast. Liquid fast for me now. The only calories will be the few splashes of milk in my tea. Though I best get Monday nights sleep out of the way first.

I agree about banks, I was getting charges for a not having just enough money in my account for a Direct Debit, then because the charges made me overdrawn I would get charges on my charges. So I now have a very basic cash withdrawal account for getting my money and use a pre-pay card for online and bills. The rest is in cash and usually gone so fast any mugger would take sympathy and give me money.
Hello, Tuesday fasters - I'm in today too. Just a quiet day today - I just love this time of year! Easy to drive around town, tennis on TV, sales still on if you want them, all very cruisey.! I've just put in my poor bike to get her badly buckled back wheel fixed, so instead of cycling, I'll be HIITing in a moment on my squeaky old cross-trainer, then things won't be so cruisey!

Good luck to everyone fasting today!
I'll be in when it's Tuesday here! Had to put off my typical Monday fast also! This is my first fast since the holidays so I really need it! Good luck to all - I hope it's not too hard to get back on track!
I'm in too although Tuesday is one of my usual fast days

Have a fab day everyone!
In today as usual, 2nd of the week for me. CandiceMarie, I 've been fasting for over a tar and I still wake up ravenous after a fast! I can manage 16:8 no bother though when I'm not fasting as long as I get my coffee!
Sallyo, banks are the scourge of Satan, in my opinion! I went through every bank in my local town due to their rules, charges and attitudes then settled with one that I have been with for many years now.
I don't have an account in the sandpit though. They are thieving incompetent gits! I get paid by cheque, cash it and stick it in a drawer. Doesn't cost me anything and I can get to it when I want with no hassles.
Anyway, good luck to all the fell fasters today :clover:
Oh, and we've got RAIN again! :D :D :D and it's only 19C- lovin it (the roads are flooded and drivers have engaged stupid mode...)
I'm in today, my first fast for about 4 weeks. 6lbs of Christmas stodge to shift, 7lbs to get back to target.
Liquids only till dinner time :clover:
It's my first fast day today. Just had my coffee (decaff, as usual) and have lunch planned out (not very much, but it will be delicious!)
oooh, I'm hungry! and have a headache starting
and it's not as though I'm new to this ... :(
I am in for a half fast
Half because tonight we're going to the restaurant with OH but I'll fast until then as it's a very busy day and I always fast before a big meal out

Good luck to the newcomers :clover:
