I am joining you for the first time on a Wednesday because for January I am trying 4:3ing to see if it helps in me losing weight more quickly. So no eating until an early supper for me, but just off to oil pull

Its hard getting back into routine but Im getting there!!
Today I'm splitting my cals to ease myself back in. Lunch is a boots shapers caesar salad (165 cals) with a shapers carrot and lemon & coriander hummus snack (45 cals). Dinner will be a weight watchers chilli and wedges meal (245 cals) - my fave.
Feeling positive - seem to have magically lost 3lbs this week already from just cutting out indulgences and drinking plenty of water.

The Roasted Garlic and Cauliflower soup kept me full up last night a treat!
Soon be lunch time for a nice leafy chicken salad
Was planning on doing tomorrow rather than today but after eating loads yesterday (fresh warm home made bread, curry, chocolate chip cookies, beer etc etc) I am really not hungry this morning so might as well fast. Working this afternoon so will have my emergency oatcakes if I need them and then something healthy for tea, we have mountains of spinach/kale/cabbage and rocket in the house to use! Like your stir fry idea julianna.

In fact, it's a good day to try out my will-power on not eating at lunch, because today at work we have visitors for the whole day. At my workplace, we regularly get customers who use our services to visit and do acceptance testing on projects we worked on for them. At lunch hour, we always provide food for them and once they are back in the testing room, the left-overs are put on our lounge table for all staff to nibble at.
It's going be absolute torture when other staff will take the mickey with "mmmmmm" and "DELICIOUS!", since they know that I'm on a fasting day today! xD
Well, it's almost time for the visitors to go back to the testing room. Let's see if I do well and don't eat a thing from those left-overs!
I'm on my 2nd day of a 4:3 week, not finding it as easy as Monday as feeling a bit sicky. Am putting it down to a rapidly reducing sugar and carb intake after Christmas! On a plus note, even though having the odd hunger pang, the sickiness is putting me off trying anything except water!
