Back to normal Wednesday fast for me, hope it is as easy as Monday was. Chunky soup for lunch and supper. Found saving my calories until the evening didn't work for me.
Possibly. I'm not sure what lies in store today. I think I have to do a lunch with someone. If not, it will just have to be a 'careful' day because I'm working away tonight and can skip dinner easily.

I am joining you for the first time on a Wednesday because for January I am trying 4:3ing to see if it helps in me losing weight more quickly. So no eating until an early supper for me, but just off to oil pull :grin:

HUNGRY!!! Just had to go and rampage through some roast chicken I had in the fridge, but have tried not to go too mad. Just desperately trying to take my mind off food. Not easy!!
Good luck to everyone for the rest of your fast day. Im off to bed having fasted. Went a little over at 588 cal but kept carbs under 50

Its hard getting back into routine but Im getting there!!
I am back in - ashamed to say this will be my first fast in 3 weeks after a very naughty stay down south with my partner and his family for the festive period. I ate possibly every delicious thing and quite a bit of it but had a good one and know that I can lose it again :)

Today I'm splitting my cals to ease myself back in. Lunch is a boots shapers caesar salad (165 cals) with a shapers carrot and lemon & coriander hummus snack (45 cals). Dinner will be a weight watchers chilli and wedges meal (245 cals) - my fave.

Feeling positive - seem to have magically lost 3lbs this week already from just cutting out indulgences and drinking plenty of water.

I'm in for my second back to back fast today, feeling great so far.
The Roasted Garlic and Cauliflower soup kept me full up last night a treat! :)
Soon be lunch time for a nice leafy chicken salad :)

Was planning on doing tomorrow rather than today but after eating loads yesterday (fresh warm home made bread, curry, chocolate chip cookies, beer etc etc) I am really not hungry this morning so might as well fast. Working this afternoon so will have my emergency oatcakes if I need them and then something healthy for tea, we have mountains of spinach/kale/cabbage and rocket in the house to use! Like your stir fry idea julianna.

Yep, back on track, 2nd fast of 2014 and of the year. Went badly wrong last year and soo want to lose it, have redone my TDEE and stuck to it yesterday. Just read Carorees posts and photos - wow -can we do it?
I'm fasting today for my second time today- the second of my first 4:3 weeks I shall be having. It's feeling a lot easier today than Mondays one- I think I was having caffeine and carb withdrawal so I suffered greatly. Happy fasting all!! xx
I'm fasting today as well. :) Had a ~450 calorie, high-protein meal at breakfast time and not going to eat anything else throughout the day. (except black coffee and great tea).

In fact, it's a good day to try out my will-power on not eating at lunch, because today at work we have visitors for the whole day. At my workplace, we regularly get customers who use our services to visit and do acceptance testing on projects we worked on for them. At lunch hour, we always provide food for them and once they are back in the testing room, the left-overs are put on our lounge table for all staff to nibble at.

It's going be absolute torture when other staff will take the mickey with "mmmmmm" and "DELICIOUS!", since they know that I'm on a fasting day today! xD

Well, it's almost time for the visitors to go back to the testing room. Let's see if I do well and don't eat a thing from those left-overs! :)
Greetings fellow Wednesday Fasters!
I'm on my 2nd day of a 4:3 week, not finding it as easy as Monday as feeling a bit sicky. Am putting it down to a rapidly reducing sugar and carb intake after Christmas! On a plus note, even though having the odd hunger pang, the sickiness is putting me off trying anything except water!
