I can only assume this type of diet isnt working for me, i have tried very hard, even enjoy it at times but its a bit useless if it isnt working for me.
Slimming world really worked well for me a few years ago, i may try going back on that and maybe still have one fast day a week to keep the calories down see what happens then.
If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it but I can say hand on heart I have stuck to this perfectly, never gone over the 500 calories on my fast days, i am a dedicated measurer of food so I am feeling very disheartended today
