@CandiceMarie and @Sue.Q I think beans " fambly" are here next week so they're probably getting sorted ready for them. Two young boys if I remember right.
Had a calm and relaxing paddle - now ready for my bed. I've got the dentist tomorrow - check up and arranging a repair to a tooth that broke recently. :( But the rest of the day has a lot more going for it.

Good night :)
Thanks @Candicemarie Yes I forgot she's entertaining lol
Providing she's OK that's all that matters :like:
Give that @elc80 a smack on the back of her hand naughty girl
Nice DD yes but never pass temptation your way
Here's what DD did @Sue.Q all boxed up ready for tomorrow for me... Xx

Geeze @ssure, hope the fangs are ok. I have nightmares about my teeth breaking!
@CandiceMarie, that is so cute!

Well, I'm tucked into bed for my usual early night post fast. If I sit down to watch tv I would only end up eating!

I accidentally went over today to 650cals. I cooked a chicken breast for dinner, thinking it was a c-cup, but it turned out to be an f-cup! I was too hungry at that stage to go checking cals, so I ate it and then worked out the cals. That said, I have been really active today and have worked up 820cals, so hopefully the large breast tonight wont matter too much. It would be worse if I over ate with chocolate, I suppose!

Happy fasting folks!
I've had a successful fast today, second following the end of the summer holidays, had three large mushrooms cooked in the oven with some spring onions and cheese on them, runner beans and salad. Also been to a circuit training class which was exhausting but hopefully gave me a good work out. Hope I can move tomorrow.
Well done scooby@Scubachick x
Am sure the larger cup size chicken will just do you good x
I am off to the safety of bed too after my fast..roll on morning! x
Ahhh, feeling all warm & fuzzy now @sue.q - thank you!

Nice to be missed - but didn't mean to worry you/anyone. Have had quite a few issues crop up and haven't been dealing too well with them if the truth be told, but have just had a fab weekend away with my bestest friend and managed to fast two days last week as well, so am feeling back in the swing of things, particularly with today's fast also under my belt! Looking forward to a weigh in tomorrow to see how I've done......

My friend's husband told me I was looking "skinny" today & reminded me how far I'd come to date......and I think that was just what I needed to hear right now. "Skinny" is definitely stretching it loads as my BMI is not under 25 yet - but in terms of reinforcing what I have clearly achieved and how far I've come these past 10 months, I wasn't going to argue!

I'm now ready to see what I can do with the two remaining months before my Fastiversary, so you could definitely say I am determined. Thanks so much girls for your constant support & encouragement - I really appreciate it so much xxx

OH that's lovely @CandiceMarie Enjoy I'm sure you will.
Just wanted to report that I managed my first almost total liquid fast ever, apart from the small pieces of tofu and spinach in the miso soup. :). (Probably only was able to do this because I had eaten so much on the weekend...!)

I feel good this morning, just need to keep up the "discipline" for a non- fast day!! Which, as for so many of us, is the challenge.

Best wishes to those still fasting. :D

NB Hazelnut was posting as I was writing this - glad to hear that things sound on the improve for you. :) You HAVE done so well, very best wishes for the run up to your fastiversary.
@Hazelnut20 Skinny well that's a great confidence booster you've already got a good bmi so don't add stress trying to get to fixated on the numbers go with your clothes and how you feel
You look great Hazel I'll have to settle for whatever comes my way from now on coz my bmi will never be 25 ever again,
but truthfully I don't want to go that low at my age. :clover:

Edit to add:: Well done @sassy1 on the liquid fast
you're made if sterner stuff than me.
Thanks @Sue.Q :D I couldn't have done it without the miso soup and, as I said, I only think it was possible because I was SO FULL of food from the weekend. But now that I have managed one, I may try it again...

I am sure if you decided to, you would be able to manage a liquid fast - you sound such a positive person I would think you could put your mind to whatever. :) Best wishes. :)
Just finished dinner, a rather nasty one, alas. Must remember to plan better before Thursday. But I'm not hungry, so that's good.
I got through my liquid fast and will try and do that in future otherwise I obsess about food all day!
Glad to see you back Hazelnut, and anyone else we've missed!
Well done @Debs was wondering if you'd made it
