I have wanted to go back to fasting and it has been difficult. My wedding is on August 11th, I was supposed to go on a diet since January and I have kept quitting.
I will start fasting 5:2 this week and the next, then I want to try 16:8 fasting.
I am starting at 79.2 kg.

I am fasting today and totally feeling it. I am not a big fan of plain water and it is sooo difficult for me to drink it, I take it like medicine.
How tall are you? I am 1.63 m (5ft 4"), I had good progress a few years back, I got from 82 to 64kg but then I moved to another city, stopped fasting, ate without restriction and I put all the weight back on. My ultimate goal is around the weight you are now 59.9 kg.
I'll be weighing myself daily.
May 16th - 79.1 kg
May 17th - 78.9 kg
I struggled a lot yesterday during my first fast, I went to sleep because I was so hungry last night.
But today I am 1kg lighter I expect tomorrow it will be a higher number but still it feels great. I will eat less at lunch because tonight we'll have dinner out I don't want to over do it and I don't want to order salad either
What's your goal?
