Also I have only been drinking water on fast days, no tea or coffee.
So I do 5:20 zero

Waiting for my first cals of the day...roast chicken with lots of veggies but no potatoes. Needs another hour in the oven though!

Yes, it was lovely. Had 3 slices of chicken breast and a big plateful of courgette, red onion, fennel, carrot, sweet potato, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes tossed in pesto and roasted, plus a little gravy. I reckon it was about 500 cal. Full now though!

when you post you can alter the font size by highlighting what you want to change, and then clicking next to normal in the list above the reply box. If that makes sense..

Sounds like a great meal - I think I need to try a bit harder.

And experiment with font sizes - but not now...

Thanks Amanda, This morning weighed myself, its now 5lbs but I really need to do a bit muscle building to tone things up so I expect some of the weight to go back on seeing as muscle weighs heavier than fat. Also I realise that initial weight loss, usually, is more water than fat but I keep telling myself "This is definitely working." Keep imagining the fab clothes we will all be wearing this summer.
