Ate nothing all day, just drank water. Made home made pizza from scratch with lots of veggies on top and not so much cheese, was very tasty. Had 2 slices. Just finishing a cup of tea now then will brush my teeth and off to bed soon. It's 9:30pm here, kids are in bed and we're just watching the rest of this movie then it's time for sleep. What an exciting life i have, early night on a firday lol

There is lots of advice on this forum but might there be the possibility that you are either eating too much on your non-fasting days or, rather more difficult to understand, not enough?
No-one can lose weight without reducing their calorie input below their calorie expenditure, including exercise. This WOE works in just the same way, except it frees you from counting calories, points etc. and no foods are forbidden. So, if your weight loss is stalled, perhaps you could check how much high calorie food you are eating on your non-fasting days?
Conversely some people on this forum have cut down so much on the calories taken in on non-fasting days that their bodies go into 'starvation mode' and their bodies refuse to burn fat.
I have struggled myself on what is 'normal' eating on non-fasting days because for years I have either been 'dieting' (which I am quite good at!) or stuffing myself with everything in sight (which I am very good at!) Finding a good 'normal' is, I think, the secret of using this WOE as a way of losing weight but also to keep in mind the potential health benefits too.
I apologise if you have read all this before but I really wanted to encourage you to keep going whatever the scales say next Wednesday!
