I think I will be ok though.
I've had 350 cals so far, so tonight will have stir fried veg and miracle noodles with a teaspoon of Asian gourmet Szechuan chilli & garlic paste for flavour! Or then again, might lob in chillies, ginger, lemongrass and a couple of lime leaves and a bit of fish sauce for a pad thai.
Decisions, decisions....

Good luck!
I wouldn't have been able to fast during a birthday party
Any suggestions for a filling 150 calorie meal?

Ah, love me some hot sauce! My beans always contain a little (a lot) hot sauce. And I've recently discovered chipotle Tobasco...
Just had dinner early as I couldn't stand the cold any longer. Brrrr.
250grams mushrooms cooked with 3 sprays frylight, then add 30grams of extra light ceam cheese and 2 rashers of grilled turkey bacon. That was my dinner Monday and it was great.
Or a stir-fry
100grams onion
200grams mushrooms
1 medium pepper, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
6grms raw, fresh chilli
5grams fresh ginger
Comes to 134calories
or
1 quorn fillet cooked in 100grams tinned tomatoes and 10grams extra light cream cheese and served with 160grams green beans is 131calories.
Or an omelette for example 1 large egg yolk, and 2 large egg whites cooked with some fresh herbs and 3 sprays frylight is only 140calories
Good luck Ice Princess, 150calories should be OK, hope this helps.
Then at 3.30pm I had 90g of sweet potato, 60g carver ham, 15g philadelphia light cheese, and then 50g cherry tomatoes, and 20g rocket, spinach and lambs lettuce
Now at 7.20pm I am having mexican pizza - 288 cals
tortilla, 2 spoons passata, 20g mushrooms, 20g onion, 35g mozzarella, a desert spoon of sweetcorn and some more rocket, spinach and lambs lettuce Yum!
My TDEE is quite high - so aiming for 600-700 cals today
I had a jelly at lunch, cos i was feeling peckish then held out til tea time where i cooked a curry! It was in the 5:2 book i bought, but i added lots more veg and took our tom puree [cant have it] and sultanas [cos i hate them in curries] and it wasnt too bad!
I got some left over, so gonna have it for lunch tomorrow before i go to work!
Breakfast was my usual strawberries, weetabix and 60cal yogurt - always yummy.
Lunch was uninspiring so am hoping to feel better after 3 tesco meat free meatballs, a sauce of 90grams tinned tomatoes and 10gram extra light cream cheese served with 24ograms wilted spinach for dinner.
Along with some more fruit tea, hopefully that will warm me up.
Looking forward to trip to bakery tomorrow for a HCB

Thank you so much
I'll make the stir-fry today and try the other recipes for my next fast!
Phew, so very glad today is nearly done! I've generally been enjoying my fasts up to this point but today was very difficult-I foolishly ate lunch, using up most of my allowance and have been so hungry and tired ever since I ended up on the verge of giving up. I had to remind myself of the benefits I've already gotten and be stern about not sabotaging the hoped for results this week.
Will in future do what works best for me and save up calories for lunch, enjoying the self-control and light feeling throughout the day...
Looking forward to food tomorrow and so glad I didn't give in earlier and spoil the hard work
