Day 2 back on fasting and its gone really well. Monday was my first day (had a break for 4 weeks due to Labyrinthitis)
Anyway I lasted till 2 with a big coffee, then just had a Tesco light Choices noodle cup a soup thing for 50 cals. Lots of tea then for tea I had 400 cals left so had a baked potato, light phili tub and lots of salad and steamed veg. That felt better than using more points up at lunchtime. i had a stonker of a headache on monday night but better tonight so think I might go for the eating later thing again next week - just wondered when you all weigh yourselves? i was thinking after tomorrow when I've finished fasting but before I probably put it on again over the weekend. what do you recommend?
