Fasting today and feeling ok. Woke up at 5.30am starving! Obviously in anticipation of the fast day, thanks body

This is my first fasting day today.
I intend to have a "meal" this evening.
So far: an expresso and infusion

On Friday's weigh in I hit 15kg/33lbs loss so was really pleased. In just a few weeks I should see a new number on the scales that I haven't seen in years. I'm feeling so good at the moment, last night I just felt the need to get moving so I did some stepping. This morning I'm going to do some more. I'd forgotten what it's like to want to exercise, but now the weight's going I'm not so sluggish!
Will probably wander down to the shops later too, so all in all a good bit of moving about for me today for a change (am usually glued to my desk).
Hope today goes well for everyone else!
Never mind... I'm trying to break the day up into bits in my head. As long as I can make it to 1 ok, then I have tennis until school pick up, and then no time to eat until dinner time, when I plan on having a big salad and a chicken breast.
That's the plan! wish me luck
My wife made a really nice one yesterday which we had with garlic bread. Not a fast day food for me though, I eat too much of it.
I'm stil deciding for dinner, the fave so far is the "squash and mushroom tagine"that I spotted in the recipes section Good luck all.
Have to go and get my BP done as I foolishly signed up to a new doctor when we moved and it was high, so been dragged in every two weeks atm.
