I hope your day went well & now it is 5-30 I am starting to also feel rumbly. I am looking forward to eating my supper from M&S fuller longer range which is Duck & Pork Pappardelle only 340 calories & I will add some steamed asparagus.

Fortunately, the fasting is not the problem, and several cups of tea later I am feeling more human. Off to Pilates for the first time in ages (my block of classes ran out, and so did my money, so this is a treat!).
