I made it to dinner time on just 2 mugs of Chicken Bovril. The Waitrose low cal Lasagne was not as nice as I had hoped, but eaten with a big bowl of salad has finned me up. Enough calories left for a low cal hot choc at bedtime.
Weigh in tomorrow (fingers crossed)
Hello fellow fasters (iPad wants to change that to tasters  ) today is going much better than I'd hoped, just about to eat for the first time, nice bowl of salad. I have felt low level hunger continuously all day today :starving: , but just ignored it. I think probably due to the fact that I haven't been able to eat normally since my last fast. Let's hope the next six hours go as well!

Good luck for the remainder of your fast day :clover:
Today is my second fast day. I have skipped breakfast, cuppa soup for lunch and omelette for dinner. I have also had manderin today. I feel really hungry today so I'm keeping out of the kitchen. I also feel very dehydrated today.
Kat have a big glass of water it will help fill you up and hydrate you
I have my 1l bottle of water next to me. I keep taking a sip and when it's finished I sent hubby to refill as I don't want to be tempted x
Kat, your kitchen must be a dangerously tempting place
Fasted today but only just remembered to check in here! Hope everyone is having a good one! Had my single meal a few hours ago and just about ready for bed so my fast day is nearly finished.
Just having a quick flick around the forum whilst sipping the last of my low calorie hot chocolate! Made it through the day, start of thirteenth week, lost track of the number of fasts because I haven't always managed to fit two a week in. Total weight lost = 21 lb.

So interesting reading posts from the newbies - they are going through the same growing pains that we went through when we started. Stick with it - it may take a while for you to find your own particular way through this WOE but it is sooooooo.. worth it!

Good night - and good luck for the rest of the day to our American & Canadian fasters!
