Anyway no train smash, just thought I'd see if anyone else has come across it. Apart from a few cups of that, I've been water only and absolutely fine. A bit peckish now (4pm) but that's about the first wave of hunger for the day. I am bloody freezing though, really not a fan of winter. It's only May, and a high of 17 just isn't okay! Think a soup craze is about to ensue for all my non fast lunches.
Had a lovely weekend, my 16 year old niece went to her 1st ball, so helped her get ready for that. No activities that mean broken bones or hypothermia. Am recovering from a broken ankle a few months ago, so just getting back to walking.
We think 17C is cold, our scottish friends might beg to differ and think those of us on this side of the world are soft.......
Fasting today and feeling motivated although was hoping for some sunshine this morning rather than the gloomy rain! Happy fasting everyone
Sounds like a great weekend wildmisus!
I'm in for a liquid fast today and will try and have only water as long as possible
Have had a very indulgent weekend involving lovely food so glad to be giving my tummy a break!
Good luck!
I had a lovely weekend, I got some gardening done, and I made a pair of linen trousers for the summer, because my old lightweight trousers are falling down, and I don't want to buy new ones until I reach my target weight.

I admit to being totally soft Though funnily enough, I think I'm colder here in winter than I ever was when over in the UK for a few years - think it's because our houses are so flimsy and not built for cold.
YES! The falling down trousers is great. We had a rare warm day a couple of weeks ago, so I got out some trousers I had not worn since last September to wear for work, and they were miles too big. I was delighted, but had to hunt for some with an elasticated waist, which stayed up but look SO baggy, I looked like a clown. People at work really noticed the weight loss that day.
Off round the Whitstable area yesterday looking at areas and properties generally (from the outside) as we're thinking of migrating that way later in the year. Our house just about to go on the market - so more exciting yet unknown times ahead for our household !!
I overindulged far too much on Saturday - out to the pub with friends and had a starter (as it was homemade pate which I just couldn't resist) main course and then shared a pudding - yes... it was way too much but I don't often do that so I just don't care!!!
Have a good day everyone - catch up later to see how you're all doing
