I'm in too

Happy fast Monday everyone
Fasting today too. Normally I'm a Tues and Thurs girl but changed this week cos it didn't suit. Expecting snow to sea level in the south so thought I better have some soup for lunch rather than miss a meal like I normally do. Just to keep the body heat up a bit! LOL
Have a great day fellow fasters! It is an inspiring feeling!
I'm in - it's a beautiful day in north queensland and I am busy at work - perfect ingredients for a Monday fast!

Happy fasting everyone!
[quote="Sallyo"] I've finally dropped below 75kg. I've been there for the last 6 weeks, up and down, but never belowe 75. Today I'm 74.6! That puts me under 'obese' I think! Yay! I hoped that if I just kept fasting it would happen eventually, however long it took.
Sallyo that's great. I'm hovering on the 75kg borderline too and it's a good feeling!.
Can't fast today as my sister is up from Melbourne and we are dining out tonight so I'll fast tomorrow.
Good luck to all my Monday mates, see you Thursday!
I'm fasting too, just had a cup of rooibos to warm up a bit, cold even if the sun is out. Not quite as cold as you Susiewong! (Just checked and it's 18 degrees, so I suppose I shouldn't moan)
I'm back on the band wagon after a week off while I was in NZ! Pretty happy because I just weighed myself and I've only put on a few hundred grams despite being very very bad and not doing a single fast.

It feels good to be fasting again today. Yay! :)
I'm in too, doing my third liquids-only (with mostly water) Monday fast. Celebrations coming up later in the week so want to make sure I'm prepared.

Dunach, any loss is taking you closer to your goal so it's a good thing, right? :clover:

Well done Sallyo, enjoy your mountain walk!

Good luck to everyone fasting today!
Yep; had a big weekend. Tasmanian triple brie, Thornton's toffee, NZ sav blanc, champagne, choc mud ice cream, homemade brownies and much birthday cake may or may not have been involved *cough*. BUT! I didn't stress because I knew today I would fix it. And ... I know that even though what I weigh today is way up on last Friday, I still weigh less than I did last Monday morning, and the Monday before that .. and the Monday before that. Love 5:2 :-)
Wow Tara25 - when you say you had a big weekend you really did have a big weekend - sounds delicious!!!!
It was my birthday and so I partied for three days  . A food weekend like that won't happen again till next year - but yes, it was awesome!
Fasting at work is proving to be a challenge, seeing as I work at a bakery and I can smell everything today! But I'm having my 45 calorie cup a soup now and I think it'll keep me satisfied. Salty goodness!
Not sure if I can say I am fasting as I already had 400 cal for the days and I usually only have dinner

seems I am loosing focus and drive
Morning all,

I'm fasting today, Its a Bank Holiday, why am I still up at normal time and not in bed, It might be the sun shining through the window, will take the dogs for a longer walk this morning than a normal morning walk. Monday and Thursday my normal fasting days but this week will need to change Thursday as have a busy night going to the Bomber Command Memorial Reception at East Kirkby, Canapé and wine knowing the caterers it want be low Calories :curse: so I'm planning Wednesday instead of Thursday.

Good Luck all, I'm loving this new way of life

Lincsguy
No bank holiday here in France but we do seem to have had a lot lately. First proper week after holidays only did one fast last week which is so easy. Back to the cross trainer this morning lets hope whoever's on the radio this morning plays some good music. Good luck fellow fasters.
