My eating habits are really good Mon-Thurs - then I lose control EVERY weekend.... I eat too much and not very healthy food. I do lose weight but I'm actually eating less healty now than before 5:2....
I've found again that I'm not awfully hungry, I never get to a rumbling stomach, just an empty feeling. I've eaten a banana, 45 cal cup a soup and two coffes, about 150 cal for the day. At least I can have a pretty decent dinner with the 350 remaining!

Have special interest in bomber command, what is the reception relating to if I may ask here.
Still doing my liquid fast but its been a long day so decided to have a spot of honey in my cuppa. Yum. I can really taste it. Still got 14 hours to go
Anyone have any tips to relieve constipation? I tried senna & dulcolease. Sorry if tmi! I'm drinking loads of water & walking.
