Well in 2 weeks I have 2lbs, not monumental, especially with a 4:3, but I'm still chuffed as I know those are 2lbs gone forever! 2lbs away from a two stone loss which is brilliant! Looking at my weight chart on the wii I can see my progress properly and it's making me very happy, I feel lighter and less self conscious than I have in years! 47 weeks until I reach my goal according to the progress tracker so bring it on!
I'm in today. I have to say that I'm not as enthusiastic as I once was as I'm suffering from TATT (tired all the time) at the moment. For the past couple of weeks I have felt shattered for no particular reason and I don't have any medical conditions. I think I need to increase my fruit and veg consumption on feed days and get off the bad carbs. But that is easier said than done!
Like Minumonline, I am hoping that I will be a little more organised now it's back to work after half term. In for Tuesday and Thursday this week and to lose the 2lbs I put on last week.
Definitely in on this today - only lost a couple of lbs over the whole of last month - :fat: and would really like to keep at the average of 1llb loss per week - so I think I need to up my game again a bit :bugeyes:

Wildmissus - know what you mean about the bad carbs, but sorry your TATT -maybe a bit of sunshine will help you. Sending hugs

Thanks Suchard. Its a lovely day up here so I'm just going out to poodle about in the garden and get the goodness from the sun. Having a cup of Buttermint tea for lunch.
Still going here, but feeling a bit hungry today, lots of housework done and then off to take my daughter to gymnastics which will keep me busy! Been watching a bit of the biggest loser today, blimey that show is bonkers seeing how much they lose in a week! Think I may really watch the calories this week and see if I can do 2lbs! It seems achievable and will get me to the 2 stone mark, one of the mums on the school run asked if I'd lost weight, woohoo! First person to comment that doesn't know I'm trying to lose weight, happy days!
I'm usually buzzing after a liquid or 500 Cal fast, see hoe you feel tomorrow XxBecksxX

Going fairly well today - on my way home now. Have got some slimline bitter lemon in the fridge for a summer treat.

Hoping for lots of energy tomoz to go for a run and get errands done, as well as work and kids

Hi I'm in today too! Going well, until now rather hungry! Ah well a big drink and divert myself tomorrow will soon be here!
Oh dear! I was going well until I got home from work ( not the nicest day ever) and then got a letter that I needed to sort out. Couldn't get through on the phone line and...eat something! Not a lot but...there's always another day. That's the joy of 5 2ing.
Why are some days are easier than others? I've just not thought about food and being hungry today at all but other days that's all I can think of. Perhaps its because I've got other things on my mind.

Anyway just having another cup of Buttermint tea for dinner and after I need to make the Hairy Dieters Lamb, Spinach and Potato Curry for tomorrow night as we need to be out sharp tomorrow evening...that'll be a challenge!
Last week I didn't manage any liquid fasts although I did 3 normal fasts, today I found it a bit hard although I am glad I stuck to it and today is almost over, early bedtime I think today.
Hi All, liquid fasting today, have had 2 coffees with a splash of milk, several green teas and a cup of instant miso soup. Nearly bedtime here so pretty much all done. My 36 hours will be up at 0900 on wed, and thats an awkward time to eat at work, so if Im not too hungry Ill go til morning tea, which will make it 37 or 38 hrs. If Im starving in the morning, Ill chase TMLs scabby dog and have it with toast :lol:

That dog got an airing today when I was telling a friend about how hungry you can get. It is a wonderful expression :)))))
Felt a bit rough this morning, which is unusual for me post liquid fasting. A loss on the scales cheered me up though ! I had an omelette for breakfast, then managed a 20 min jog. Felt a bit nauseous and shaky when I first got back, but totally fine now.

Good luck anyone LFing today.
2nd liquids only day of the week today, saving my weigh in day for tomorrow! Will be annoyed if a loss of something isn't shown! On my 2nd cup of tea and 3rd water :)
