I'm in, waited until 1pm so no breakfast at all, 2 x black coffees am. Had a bit of lunch then went for a 2 1/2 hr horse-ride and have come back starving. Having a black Earl Grey to tide me over then some sort of left over chicken/salad/stir-fry (oh no I've run out of zero noodles) so it'll be salad then tonight. Finding it hard today. Been doing this since January but I think I consume sooo much at the weekends that all that happens is I lose the odd pound or two (whereas in the past I would have gained.)Too much social/alcohol stuff happens at the weekends!
StowgateResident - I love the word 'thrice', wish we used it more often in common parlance (actually the word 'parlance' is pretty good, too)!

Swedey - I've found it tough today too. Went to tescos earlier and for some reason I felt like bursting into tears as soon as I got through the doors! Managed not to collapse into a blubbing mess though, but I did feel like I was wandering around the shop more aimlessly than normal. The day's nearly done though, another fast under the ever-loosening belt!
Dude wrote..... "Only fast of the week for me today.

No one else farting today?"

Keep off the cabbage soup for a while Dude!!!! Sorry, lowering the tone!!

I'm fasting today but feeling good about it as 2 people told me I looked slimmer.....YES!!!!
However, have my grandsons here and just about to cook their tea, OH and I will eat later, just hope they eat it all up!!!!! Wish me luck.....good luck all xx
Stay strong, Grannyl, Step away from the leftovers! If your grandchildren leave anything, make them carry it to the waste bin and throw it away themselves, immediately! If they're not quite old enough for that, then clear it yourself, put it in the bin and immediately cover it with something disgusting! You can do it! You know you can!
I am fasting today and have just enjoyed some light dinner - the first food since last night...
went a bit over today.....I swear the pot of Shape Delights was speaking to me - eat me - eat me.....

Oh well, not too bad considering had such an awful day.
I'm in. Have had 3 cups of coffee, a bit of coconut oil and am hoping to make do with miso soup until evening. I'll have a green salad if I'm hungry.

I had a frustrating morning and found out that wanting to throttle someone is a good appetite suppressant for me. /evil grin
had 2 normal cuppas with milk this morning. several fruity teas & just had a quorn mince spag bol & glass of red. wow, you get soooooo much when you have quorn. made it with 100g quorn mince, pasata, mushrooms (cooked in water in the oven) onions & 100g cheap asda spaghetti. very filling. feel really stuffed :) (portions are average, have just parcelled leftover mince into takeaway boxes for freezing) & glass of red, well, what can I say!! hiccup :)
Made it! My grandsons have now gone home and I didn't have to eat their leftovers StowgateResident, as they ate it all then wanted more! Thanks for the advice.

Just tucking into a large plate of veg and a slice of turkey....yum! Then going out dancing, so no temptation! Another fast completed....YEA!!!

That sounds good amberenchanted, never used Quorn, will defo give it a go. :like:
Preparing to have ham, bulgur a big salad with lemon and a tinsy bit of olive oil and a 0% fromage frais

It will take ages for me to eat all that as I am becoming a slow eater
I'm fasting today too.

I orginally only starting this diet as I wanted to loose a few pounds before my hoilday but it made me feel sooo good in myself I have decided to resume. Only returned from two weeks all inclusive holiday yesterday so this is my first fast of the week.

I am debating doing two fasts together as I am working a 14 hour shift tomorrow and dont always get time to eat. But the last time I attempted this I cracked in the eveing and binged. Oh well if I crack again ill just fast Saturday instead. Love the flexibility of this diet.

I am also pleased that I hardly gained weught whilst away. Weighed myself on our return yesterday and was 1 1/2 ponds more. But I normally get weighed first thing and its TOTM too. Either way I am pleased with that.

Hope all fellow fasters are doing well.

I have had 1 slim a soup and carrot so far. Raosted veg with corgette pasta for tea later on.
