My first fasting day! Had a boiled egg and an orange! Sitting around as I broke my foot last week, on top of just recently had shoulder operation! Feel like I am falling apart. Need to lose 7 stones, oh it crept on over the last 12 years and I have decided enough is enough, don't like myself at the moment but I am looking forward to losing some at least. I want my stamina & energy back. Is it best to eat protein on these days? Have been told I don't eat enough! If that's so why the weight gain? Here's hoping this will be the answer to my prayers.

Hi Chriscrock and welcome! Sorry to hear of your issues, sometimes they all happen at once don't they? I hope you find this WOE works for you, I'm afraid I don't know enough about all the science stuff to advise on your weight gain even if you're not eating much, but I am sure some people on here can advise you. Let us know how you get on, and wishing you a speedy recovery!
It's my second for this week and so far going well. Skipped breakfast and just had a good lunch. 1/2 Tomato soup and 1/2 bread roll. This will hopefully keep me going till dinner.
Still surprised how easy it has been this week. Last week (first week) was a disaster. Sparkling water helps me big time.
Fingers crossed for the rest of the day. Evenings tends to be my biggest problem.
STARVING TODAY (might have something to do with having over DOUBLE my TDEE yesterday:-( )
