Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Will gladly send the rain down south AiriR. Feeling rather soggy up here know. Rain might be a good swap for all that Victorian wine I drink.
Hehehee, sounds like a fair swap Wineoclock!
I'm in :) I love my Thursday fasts, for some reason I don't feel the cold so much as on a Monday so I enjoy it much more! Happy dating ladies and gents :)

"Dating!" I'm sure that's a whole different thread! Happy fasting folks!!!
I'm in too. Thursday fast is the hardest for me. I usually eat sensibly between my 2 fasts and I guess I have less energy stored compared to Monday ( after a weekend of gooooood eating)
But I'll do my best to stick it out and will start with coffee and green tea. For dinner I'll have a chilli-spicey omelette with lots of veggies.

And tomorrow I'l have.....wine, chocolate, crisps, icecream and, and lot's of unhealthy treats :-D
I'm in today as usual on a Thursday. Pretty cold winter weather here but have now had my evening meal and feeling good another day is done! Weight seems to be stuck on the same but shape is definitely changing for the better so I'm hanging in there!
Take care fellow fasters! :victory:
Between jet lag and hunger, I am a wreck today. But I will not give in! Do you hear me, brain and tummy?
Me too, I'm in. Plodding on despite no results yet, feeling good on this WOE. Summer has finally come to France, woke to proper sunshine this morning, always helps.
I've gardening to do today, getting things ready for a visit from family....oh how I miss them all!
Just water & fruit teas till tonight, then Kashmiri curry, can't wait
Have a good one, everyone
I'm in today - having a meal at lunchtime and nothing else. Wearing a pair of too-tight trousers to remind me why I'm fasting!

Lovely sunshine out of the train window
I home from work after busy stressful day and my curry turkey that I was so looking forward too earier I just don't feel like it now , off to raid kitchen for another fast day meal wish me luck.
I'm in, and it's going to be tough one!

I'm in a very empty school which is closed to pupils because of industrial action. The canteen is closed, but there is a high possibility of people sticking their heads in my door suggesting a chippy lunch! I have a very long 'to do' list which I hope will keep me busy and 20 ginger and lemon tea bags - might mix it up a bit and have the odd black coffee

I think I will be back to this thread at regular intervals, I'm going to need your support today!
I am in. I am sticking to fluids until about 5pm. No idea what to have for dinner but have some prawns and eggs so maybe an omelette.
Hang on Effie you can do it  just think chippie are for tomorrow not today. :like:
I'm in today. It's a bit miserable in Edinburgh at the moment and I feel quite chilly. Still I know I will feel better for a successful fast.

Good luck everyone

Fab idea, I feel inspired and really looking forward to a prawn omelette tonight now. Stuff the DH and kids, they can cook for themselves

Thanks for the support Tammz
