Was out of milk this morning so had to have my coffee black, wonder it that will make the fasting harder or easier.
Have a good day all x

Funnily enough that's how I usually feel on Mondays after eating a lot during the weekend. It feels appropriate to fast. Maybe my mind and body are just confused because of an unexpected 'feast' day in the middle of the week! I'll just pretend it's Monday!
Having a driving lesson on my lunchbreak today so that will definitely keep me busy and not thinking about eating.
Actually doing fine, keeping busy and looking forward to prawn omelette
I'm a newbie, my first post here, though I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. Today is my fourth fast - the first two last week were horrible, I had headaches and a gross taste in my mouth all day, but Monday's fast was much much better, so I will persevere. The weight is just falling off so far, and no feelings of deprivation at all. Long may it continue!
Good luck to everyone today

If it was a lot of carbs - yes. But if I stay low carb and eat a lot - the day after involves less hunger actually.
So far I've had a banana & lots of water. I've got some blueberries to eat later when the kids come home from school which is when I tend to feel really hungry. I've got grilled Cajun salmon with salad for tea which I'm looking forward to.
