I'm in today too, 2nd one for the week. Day has gone well, very busy at work so that helped! Hopefully the weigh in tomorrow shows I've lost the kg I picked up last week when I was holidaying with my daughter! Fingers crossed.
Best of luck everyone!

Yup! Salads salads salads for me today. And loads of water.

Is anyone else finding it easier in the heat?

I'm in! After the troubled fasting days earlier in the week determined to make today good.

Definitely easier in the heat as I'm less hungry. Annoyingly I have about a pint of home made chicken stock in the fridge which would make a nice broth for dinner but it's not really broth kind of weather. May freeze it for future purposes.

Off to meditate and then have my morning coffee.

Regular Thursday faster here.
@imcountingufoz - soooo much easier, in fact I rarely feel like eating all day.

Enjoy your fasts everyone

Thursday instead of Wednesday for me this week. Just thought it might be better to have my 2 days more evenly spaced.

I'm a regular Thursday faster but am on my way to a cocktail party as we speak, so will be fasting tomorrow instead.

Good luck and successful fasting to you all!

I'm just starting so today is my first fast day! I'm naturally a grazer and prefer to eat little and often so I'm going to try 3 small meals instead of waiting for evening meal.

Breakfast = porridge (123 kcal) Lunch = small can of tuna on 2 Ryvita crispbreads (159 kcal) Dinner = WeightWatchers from Heinz Chicken Chop Suey ready meal (202 kcal) which leaves 16 kcal for milk in a couple of cups of tea.

Wish me luck!

Welcome, Teee. My two fast days (Monday and Thursday) coincide with my exercise days. On Mondays I hit the gym for an hour on the treadmill and on Thursdays I join a yoga class. When I first started I thought it might be hard to exercise and fast, but turns out that exercise makes fasting easier. I get less hungry and I'm more motivated to stay on track after a workout.

I'm in today - was toying up whether to fast today or tomorrow but am meeting my mum for dinner tomorrow so I will fast today.

Would usually save my cals for dinner but I've got a choir rehearsal at lunchtime and I've noticed that on a fast day I can get really light headed when I sing. Coupled to the fact I felt like I was going to pass out last week while singing in the really hot weather on a non-fast day (mock all you like, aussies) I'll probably eat something for lunch (maybe a tuna salad and then have my m&s chicken jambalaya before my OTHER choir rehearsal tonight. And then maybe an oatcake or two before bed to stop the tummy grumbles while trying to sleep.

Have a good day/evening, wherever you are!

My fast day too. Forget about meals and be busy, that's my way, and it's easy as I am very busy. Will probably have an omelette tonight and maybe a nectarine when I'm flagging about 2pm.
You only have to look around you to be inspired to stick with it, so much out of control eating everywhere. Not that I'm judging, each to their own, but I prefer this way. Who would you rather be? Make the choice and be happy!
