Is anyone else finding it easier in the heat?
Definitely easier in the heat as I'm less hungry. Annoyingly I have about a pint of home made chicken stock in the fridge which would make a nice broth for dinner but it's not really broth kind of weather. May freeze it for future purposes.
Off to meditate and then have my morning coffee.
@imcountingufoz - soooo much easier, in fact I rarely feel like eating all day.
Enjoy your fasts everyone
Good luck and successful fasting to you all!
Breakfast = porridge (123 kcal) Lunch = small can of tuna on 2 Ryvita crispbreads (159 kcal) Dinner = WeightWatchers from Heinz Chicken Chop Suey ready meal (202 kcal) which leaves 16 kcal for milk in a couple of cups of tea.
Wish me luck!
Would usually save my cals for dinner but I've got a choir rehearsal at lunchtime and I've noticed that on a fast day I can get really light headed when I sing. Coupled to the fact I felt like I was going to pass out last week while singing in the really hot weather on a non-fast day (mock all you like, aussies) I'll probably eat something for lunch (maybe a tuna salad and then have my m&s chicken jambalaya before my OTHER choir rehearsal tonight. And then maybe an oatcake or two before bed to stop the tummy grumbles while trying to sleep.
Have a good day/evening, wherever you are!
You only have to look around you to be inspired to stick with it, so much out of control eating everywhere. Not that I'm judging, each to their own, but I prefer this way. Who would you rather be? Make the choice and be happy!
