I've just done my regular weekly weigh in and I'm 12.3. Lost 6lb since Xmas challenge started.
I will be very mindful this Xmas as dont want to undo all that good work. Right where's that chocolate.

Ooooh Bean will you be de-chocolating again this year?
2nd Jan is a long way off isn't it. But will get here soon enough.

6lbs is AMAY-ZING darling! You must be so pleased with that! The pounds are just flying off. In addition, I think you probably weigh much less than that and its all muscle tone. I mean your figure looks perfect to me. I'm really proud of you...well done!

As for me...I hadn't thought about avoiding chocolate again, but you've given me an idea. I might go from 2nd Jan until the 8th Feb without chocolate. That would be quite a challenge wouldn't it. I'll see how I go, though, because don't forget I'll be back on the ADF wagon...and 16:8ing on the other days. PLUS, oh yes Plus...I'm going to try and incorporate some form of yoga exercise into my daily routine. I can't do anything more vigorous than that at the moment...but one day! Blimey, if I stick to my new regime I should weigh 8 stone by the end of next year! What are the chances eh?

Well done again, though Oatesy! You have had a great year haven't you.

Hiii Bean n Carie.. well done C and well deserved on that 6lb loss!
In answer to yr question, i feel better than i did over the last week,when the pesky medicine was playing havoc with me! i' m adjusting to it now and have had a good day y'day and today.
Met DD after she had her hair cut and went for something to eat,then we shared a piece of choccy cake and had a chipolata coffee ( my friends mum thinks that is what a latte is called :0) )
Oh and a very large glass of wine each!
Left her shopping and bumped into two mates on the bus home,had a laugh with them
In jimjams now, a fab day x hope you two did too x

One of my elderly neighbours once said," the dog's been in the fridge and developed ( devoured) all the meat!" x x

Hello, I've been a busy little bean. Shopping, delivering cards and pressies, cleared the spare room ready for DD to move into so we can have visitors stay over in her double room. Shes being very lazy, and it drives me mad to see her lounging around, as I know that there's knickers under the bed, sweet wrappers too, that's wothout the regular odd socks.
And breath......
Looking forward to my dinner, had a very small homemade mince pie, a cuppa soup and fizzy waters. The house is looking ship-shape ready for the many visitors we are expecting from Thursday onwards.
I may squeeze in another fast on weds, depends how I'm feeling as we are all home and I can only usually do a 16.8 on those occasions.

Well done for sticking with fasting. It can't be easy with a full house of hungry mouths!
It's a bit of a sad time for me because my sister and family will be so far away. For them it's great, though because they have snow....they've already built a snowman I think the boys are getting super excited now!

I was thinkin of you today Beano and how you havent yr sis etc with you this time of year
Hope you can skype..not the same,but better than nothing.
Beano n Carie ..guess what,.i fell over today..for the third crimbo in a row..and each time,no drink been imbibed.
Last yr ended up in A n E as sprained left wrist then the next year,back in A n E as the right wrist was sprained.
Luckily this year i had no wrists left to sprain!

I'm off to class this morning then paying sainsburys a little visit, got our besties popping in for Xmas drinky-poos, who are visiting from Brisbane. Better get some more nibbles in as they lurv nibbles.
