You will be right back on track Monday,Carie..yr coming hol gives you every incentive
Its natural to relax a bit at half term, and any relaxation can make us feel down/ overwhelmed/ defeated...
But we also know, get a few fast n repair days under our belts and we're back in the swing of things,on our horsies, clippety clop! X
You more than anyone are soooo positive about yr food and yr exercise, so you WILL get sorted! X

Yes don't worry Oatesy! Its surprising how quickly you get back into the swing of things. I've just looked at my diary and realise that, because of my back pain, I ended up having 2 weeks off really, rather than 1 and in that time I had breakfast every day. The familiar swollen look plagued me for most of my holiday. However, a week after fasting...
...I can now wear my new pyjamas without feeling hideous! Yes, Bean is back...and you will be too Oatesy. Trust me! Image
Hey, I've woken up pretty ache-free this morning...hoorah! Perhaps today is going to be a good one after all
How's you Candy? Image

You are both right and I know that I will be determined. Now I have an absolute goal to work towards.
It's a crisp bright morning here, went out with my camera yesterday with DD and got a few nice shots, have Holiday clothes shopping to complete today with my trusty marks and spencer 20% off voucher code. Haven't had a hols this long without the use of a washing machine for years so a bit anxious about underwear, need to buy more for all three of us.

Yes Oatesy's 30-Day challenge begins here...well tomorrow! Any weight you think you've put on over this half-term...will disappear in no time. Mark my words!
I can't believe it but Candy is actually fasting today too. We're actually in sync. Hoorah! Image (thats frothy water of course! )

Phooey! That was a looooooooooooong fast yesterday! Mind you, I managed to go without eating my Cheerios which was a minor miracle I'd say.
Getting a bit worried about my shop. Nothing seems to sell at the moment.
Hope you guys have a great day. Back on the saddle today, eh Oatesy? I'm sure you're ready for it now aren't you

I've a confession.... I went over by a bit yesterday, about 650 cals and today i am much less hungry.
Just had lunch. Prawns, lettuce, little bit of cold pasta and prawn cocktail sauce. Now having a chicken noodle cup soup. Nothing now till dinner think it may include sausages, beans and celeriac chips

Oh I shouldn't worry about it. Sounds as though you're making up for it today anyway!
I've got chicken thighs, gravy, mash, carrots and peas...all for a wonderfully low 308 calories! I've had a hot chocolate out today (doesn't contain any calories  ) and also I'm just supping my ginger cordial (also surprisingly free of calories  )
Managed to walk the girls today. The sun came out and despite the wind chill it was rather pleasant. I think I've worked off the hot chocolate, so thats a relief! Image
Managed to sell my first Alfred Hitchcock today...hoorah!

Ok Candy,,...
I will hold the forte whilst you go and investigate. I know you'll, need support and strength. Shall I call the coast guard, marines or the Air Force. It's a tough job but yes I think you're up to it.

But they're choc with White choc Chios. A bit bitter for the DD as proper choc flavour, yuk.
Right my celeriac chips are nearly ready so will out the beans on.
