Yes all good thanks candy bean, and I are in sync this week.
About to have lunch. Prawn salad no carbs and a Thai cup soup as I'm cold and like them.

Afternoon (nearly said morning then. Wow time is moving a little quicker today...hoorah!) buddies! How's it going? I'm fasting today. Nothing until 6 then its my trusty M&S Haddock Mornay. I"m not that fond of white fish (prefer salmon) but its gotta be eaten
Took the girls for a walk today and there is definitely a hint of Spring in the air. My little Moonie was poorly yesterday but seems a lot better today. Yesterday she was off her food and didn't eat until right at the end of the day. Poor little soul. I guess eating her own poo doesn't help! :dazed:

Sounds as though you had fun at the party. Pass the Parcel. Can't remember the last time I played that. 30 years maybe! Bet it was fun. Never mind about the food. Haven't you bean reading that Josie book? :?:
Its just beautiful here today. Is it sunny with you two?
My mum just made an apple crumble that was out of this world...so now I am well and truly filled to the brim. Perhaps I should fast for the rest of the day :?: Praps not

Listen up @carieoates & @nursebean.....!just got to share with you!
I have to report that i' m rather pleased with myself!
My DD and SIL called bringing fresh cream cakes and hot cross buns.,little realising that i was fasting as i usually do Monday not Sunday!
They didnt want to eat them up or take them home,so after they left, i invited some neighbours in for a cuppa and a cake. Not a crumb crossed my lips! The buns went into the freezer and a neighbour took home the left over cake except for one i' ll have tomorrow with a cuppa!
I must say the good feeling of not breaking my fast will last longer than the few seconds it would have taken me to finish a cream cake or two..and i still have an intact 500 cals to enjoy for my dindins X :like:
