@nursebean - I wouldn't bother with car boots or at least leave it until summer - in my experience people go to them wanting something for nothing and will just insult you with what they offer for anything. Maybe I've just had a bad experience but I certainly wouldn't fork out £5/£10 and waste half a day (usually after a ridiculously early start) for next to nothing.

If you do try one and have a good time I would only be too pleased to hear about it though!

Hey @candicemarie and @carieoates? what's all this talk about chocolate hot cross buns!! Are you crazy?!! I can just picture you Candy, tomorrow. Are you and your friends going to enjoy some freshly bought X buns whilst having a good old chat?!
@Madcatlady thanks for that. I know what you mean. I have done some car boots in the past...but just selling old tut from the house. I think its different if you sell collector's items and of course we'll be selling them more cheaply than we would from our ebay shop because we won't have to pay for postage or ebay and paypal fees. People are really serious about collecting Funko Pops and film memorabilia. I certainly think its worth a go because we've rather a lot of stock at home!
Well, thats another fast under my belt. It went well. Didn't seem quite as long as Sunday's fast but maybe thats because the weather was better and so I was able to get out with the girls...plus we've made some sales today which always brightens my day.
Good luck tomorrow Mrs Oatesy...although its sounds as though you've had a pretty good day today. Saying no to chocolate buns...that is brave indeed

Good for you Candy! Don't go eating too much
I've got to drive my dad to Heathrow in about an hour's time. I think he'll drive up (which is a shame because I would have liked to have chauffeured him up there) so I'll be able to drive back! Actually, its much easier driving to Heathrow than it is Gatwick so that's a blessing...plus I'll have Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo to keep me company!
I have bean slightly naughty today in that I've had a hot chocolate out (well I had to say Bon Voyage to my dad in style!) I'm sure the calories won't add up to too much. Anything liquid I tend to ignore!
Well, I'd better get ready. Hope you guys are ok today. Take it nice and eeeeaazy xxxx

Hello there sorry been to class, it's a fast day, yesterday I had a naughty day had chippy Fish and chips with a glass of prosecco.. DD had an options Eve at school to chose her GCSEs, so we were in the chippy for us tea.
. All good so far today, but have a funeral to go to, hubbies 86 yr old aunt. He's busy at work so I'm going to represent the nephews. Will drop by later no doubt have a great Friday feed day.

Oh there you are/were! Sorry you had a funeral to go to yesterday. xx
I'm fasting today so I'll try and steer clear of talking about food although its really weird you know. On feast days I am definitely eating when I'm not hungry. Tomorrow I'm going to make a concerted effort to only eat when hungry...even if it is a feast day. As for today, I'm just going to enjoy one of Bean's famous omelettes. Not sure how many eggs to use or what will go in it yet...apart from that it'll be great.
Hope you both have a good day today. Candy? How are you doing today? Feeling a bit stronger?
Have a sensational Saturday buddies xx

Skinny jeans
I've been reading this book Bean, mindful eating etc.

Omelet that's nice, I'd probably go for 3 medium eggs or two large, onions, peppers, ,mushroom. I would steer clear of meat then you will have enough cals for a salad with it. Or go for prawns maybe.
So ive got class and then picking up some bits for the hubby at m and s for our hols. Tonight is takeaway night. May have a chicken kebab.
Was naughty yesterday so declared it a half fast as by the time I got home from funeral all i could manage to cook was gammon chips and peas. Chips in my halo fryer/oven which uses tablespoon of oil, so not very I healthy, but I had celeriac chips so a low day but not a full fast.
Can't believe its nearly March.
I Nile you have a good day, sell loads, feel energised and fast well.
