Wow! What a lovely surprise to see peeps returning!

I am SO excited for you Oatsey! A granny?!! How fab! And 5 pounds lighter too. Well done! So what are your plans re: fasting? Will you be fasting this week?

I've got myself in a bit of a pickle and if I'm not careful I'm going to put everything back on. I do ok during the day but then come the evening I binge eat - silly food - my usual cereal (I had 8 Weetabix last night - 8!!!) I'm trying to do 800 cals and 50g carbs - but I can't get my mojo back. Help! Somebody - Help!!

Good to see Nutty back too - are you ok? @Hazelnut20?

OK, I got confused! I knew you were in Canada this fall but I was thinking it was mostly reconnaissance for a future move. I didn't realize that *was* the job >.<

Tracie she'd love to go and stay I believe.

I've done better this week with regards to red wine - none since Saturday but I've sneaked in a couple of gin and tonics. That's ok they're low carb aren't they so not as bad as beer-don't drink that.

I'm not hopeful of another 5lb off this week o don't feel it on my jeans. but I have a bikini holiday or two to aim for, and as I know this will give me ample incentive, usually does.

So yesterday @Wendy darling and I made a pact to fast this week, proper old fashioned plain and simple fasting. We both hit the sweet zone and I'm looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. The light airy flat tummy, and not hungry feeling was immense.
Forgot to check in on ten fasting today thread, but willl pop in tomorrow to say hi

Yes we did! There's been too many Christmas leftovers about for too long so I'm glad of it, that lovely flat, empty tummy feeling and the enjoyment of something really tasty when it's time to eat. It really helps to have a buddy to compare notes and meal ideas with.
