Hello I think 16th November would be first preference, then 30th, then 29th. Cambridge would be great I was thinking of coming by train if it is there so within a mile or so of the train station would be wonderful. If that doesn't suit, I could drive.

16 or 30 November both OK for me (unless surgery on knee happens close enough to that time that I'm not readily ambulatory).

Shall we go for 16th nov then.
@SianS, @Ballerina, you both expressed an interest previously. Just wondered if you'd like to join us.

Or 29th November.

Sorry, can't make those either! Leaving for a twelve-day cruise on the 30th, so the 29th will be rather busy! I could do any Saturday/Sunday up to the 15th November,( except Sunday 8th November) or the 22nd/23rd November. Don't change any plans around my social arrangements though! Just go ahead and arrange a meet up with as many as can come.

Oops, sorry, @carieoates ! It's Saturday the 8th that I can't do! I am helping at the Big Biology Day at Stamford High School, representing the Bourne Area Group of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. Sunday the 9th is clear, though.
Ok thanks.

Sunday 9th it is then.
Unless of course there's a problem with the others in which case we will go back to 16th.
Is that ok with everyone else?

The 9th would be brilliant! Here's hoping the others are free then! Who are the 'others' - do we know yet?
