Yep I copied it into the inspirational stories section but couldn't see an easy way of copying just one post out of a thread so I copied the text and pasted it into a new thread that I started and then changed the poster name but the system sent out the tagging notifications before I managed to change the name to Wendy Darling. Hope that explains it!

Whoops, I'm late again! Sorry, @Wendy Darling, to have missed your Fastiversary! I hope there was cake and chocolate, as befits a maintaineer in this 5:2 WOL! I can only second what everyone else has said about your success and your posts on this forum and, having met you at the East Anglia meet up, I can confirm that you are equally as lovely in the flesh (and there's a lot less of that than there used to be, because you're really tiny!)

I hope that you had a lovely day and ate lots of high fat foods without guilt! Valerie

Missed my fastiversary - it was end of March, one year since I achieved a 6kg weight loss in 8 weeks thanks to 5:2. And I am still 57kgs (having gone up by a max of 2kgs at Christmas) thanks to fasting

Blimey everyone....... thanks for all those lovely comments. Never been inspirational in me life so I am so happy that that's how you see me. I do strive to be like Wendy and often ask myself 'what would Wendy do?' lol

Been really busy recently and not been able to get in here even for a peek. I must catch up with my buddies

I went outside this tent to announce my Fastiversary, I hope it's OK! I just wanted to celebrate big because it was a super big day for me. But life rolls on, and after a little celebratory meal this past weekend, I'm back to fasting today. Love to all my fellow fastiversary tent friends! I'm sure I'll be around much longer, still many more pounds to go until I reach my goal.
