Interesting read. Although would be good to know what those who have achieved actually ate on fast days and feed days.

52, 2 x 500cals and on non fast days 1300cals as suggested by fastday. My tracker is public, so have a look. I do not count calories, I measure my portions via how it looks on my smaller plates and I always aim to eat lots of veg/salad and then a portion of protein and fat, with a touch of carb, though I don't like their taste or affect these days.

I think a lot of people seem to be quite careful on the Feed days, I often have not been and it must be where my downfall is.
