 Hi to all SSS Members
My new plan as of today Friday:::
Normal weekend with wine but a watchful eye on
food choices
Monday will be my first fastday followed by either Wednesday or Thursday depending on life's events, I'm only doing 2 each week for a few weeks to try and get them "true" fasts and concentrate on that for now all my other days will be 18:6 because this is actually how my days go and I will be shutting all windows + doors at 7pm.
However this week after my refeeding sessions and 2 sort of unsuccessful fastdays I've actually lost almost 1kg which is completely unbelievable but very acceptable
ta very much.

Good luck Sue Q & stick with it because your plan seems to be working :like:
Having been stuck for three weeks I have lost some weight! 2lbs this last week. It's very weird because I have no idea what my bodies doing  there seems to be a sort of redistribution going on because I have lost inches.
Anyway best foot forward now or rather legs because my new exercise bike has arrived & I am going to try & tone up my legs, thighs & rear end  I also rewarded myself for nearly losing 3 stone, 4 pounds to go, by buying myself a gold bangle. Last year I had promised myself if 5:2 worked for me that was what I would do & I had seen a second hand unusual bangle that I liked & didn't want it to disappear!
Your suggestion Sue of re-feeding I partly followed by doing my usual 16:8 & 5:2 week but eating slightly above my TDEE & it seems to have worked! So good luck for your next week on heading downwards. :clover:

 Well done @isis Glad you've kickstarted you're weight loss again I do think creating confusion helps but whatever it is we'll take the bonuses along the way.
Nearly 3 stones wow brilliant get on your bike and that 4lb will soon be gone carefully though don't go to mad or you'll become saddle sore.
Love the rewards and what a fantastic pressie to give yourself the gold handle and you can't beat the "old" ones wonderful I hope you haggled for it.

Well done, @Sue.Q and @Isis, you both seem to have sorted out your bodies and are heading down! I only lost a quarter of a pound last week but that followed three good weeks in which I lost nine of my regained pounds, so no complaints from me!

Good luck to both of you! :clover: Onwards and downwards!

 Brilliant @StowgateResident You've done extremely well and the quarter of pound would have been very welcome to me on a weekly basis instead of my 1kg yo yo yo act

 Put it down to the fact that your not well @CandiceMarie But I have to say you did make me laugh so thank you for that but no not a surprise anymore shame about that but of course it could have been worse especially if you'd have been running him down.
Hope you're a little bit better today because up you have been quiet lately and that isn't like you at all you're not cursing me so I know you're not well

Well ive got my Thinking Cap on now @Sue.Q..some would say,its been stolen and it's purely down to jealousy..
BUT i ( Inspector Holmes at your service) think its all got something to do with the fact..you won Two Awards..
( hmmm :?: ......puffs on pipe...) The forum just couldn't cope with the weight of two awards..and they simply fell off...
Case closed!  xx
